Stratum Solo Mining Service

Connect to one of the mining pools using your wallet address as the username to "solo mine" for the block reward + transaction fees, minus a small percentage to cover costs.  There is no registration required to use any of the pools.  Payments are made automatically several times a day to your wallet address.

Fees range from 1% to 50% depending on the coins popularity, age, and block reward. All proceeds go towards the development of crypto currency services including the funding of the crypto faucets.

Everyone in the pool has an equal chance of finding a block. The odds of finding a block improve as more people mine in the pool. A person with higher hash rate will still find a higher amount of blocks than a person with a low hash rate. However, the person with lower hash will have better luck while mining along side others instead of mining completely alone.

The system is still under constant development and improvements are always being added.  Currently you can view global and personal stats.

Shares are used only for collecting stats and the difficulty is set to VARDIFF.   Shares have no effect on your earnings.

Make sure you follow us on Twitter for current events and issues.

It's not p2pool.

It's similar to downloading the client of a coin and connecting your local miner to it.  But, with my service your using the stratum protocol and your mining with others to improve your luck.

A fair fee would be 24 to 24.5 to block finder the rest to pool operator. Yes, that would include transaction fees to pool.

If I believed in the pool operator.  Ie that he would pay my 24 btc.  I would love to shoot 17 to 110gh at the btc pool.

That is yet to be started.   So a 1 coin fee or 4% is worth it. If I thought I would get paid.

I have pushed for someone to start a btc solo pool .  I have been frustrated in getting a pool op that has a good rep to do it.

Please support sidehack with his new miner project Send to : 1BURGERAXHH6Yi6LRybRJK7ybEm5m5HwTr
I mine alt coins with https://simplemining.net I see BTC as the super highway and alt coins as taxis and trucks needed to move transactions.

1BTC sounds reasonable.

I'm putting in a few more blades in the next few days.  So I can spin up some more VM's to add more pools.  Bitcoin will be one of them.

Thanks.

Several miners enjoy mining at my pools and I can assure you will get paid if you happen to find a block.  Look over some stats on a few of the pools.

One more thing, you would want to merge mine namecoin along side bitcoin keeping those blocks as well for more income.

Bitcoin added.  Point your old block erupters, cubes, blades, Antminers, etc to this pool and play the "lottery".  Set it and forget it.  Then maybe you'll wake up one day to a nice little surprise in your Bitcoin wallet.   Wink

When the pool get's enough hash, someone will win the lottery every once in a while.

I'll add merge mining support as soon as I can figure out how to do that and add the relevant code to my mining pool server.

please explain why
under your system if others find a block then I don't get anything, so why whould I have better luck mining with your service compared to solo? just because you emit good luck or is there a more verifiable explanation?

I'm probably feeding a troll...anyway:

This should provide the best possible explanation of what "luck" is.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luck

If you believe in it, then the best analogy I can offer is:
1 BE100 chip in a USB miner vs. 32 BE100 chips in a ASICMiner Blade.

If you don't believe in luck then the above won't mean anything to you, and solo mining is probably not your thing.  And (I would assume) neither is gambling or the Lottery.

you got me there: I don't believe in luck. But my intention is not trolling: if you say your pool brings luck, fine. But my problem is when in the site I see this sentence:

Quote
statistically the person with lower hash will have more chance of finding a block while mining along side others than mining completely alone.

but statistically, each miner is independent and the person with lower hash does not have more chances using your site, since you reward only block finders.
So, if you can't explain that using statistics, and your only explanation is "because I'm lucky and if you mine with me you'll get lucky", then you are advertising using false statements, bordering on scamming.

My intention is not trolling: it's making sure that everyone understands the technical aspects of your service. It may be a good useful service because users can mine solo without the need of a synced wallet. I find it expensive but others may not. However if you say people will earn more using it, while techincally they won't, then you are scamming.

Terracoin

I've started working on adding merged mining support to the pool server.  It could be a few weeks before that's ready.

X11 coins can now be mined.  However, the hash rate may not be accurate (I'm still trying to figure out how to calculate it).

New coins:

  • ChocoCoin
  • MMXIVCoin
  • Muniti (X11)

Currently the front end grabs the block number from what ever the mining pool software logs in the database.  For this reason the block heights are not always going to be accurate with low difficulty coins.  There are modifications pending on the front end so it grabs the height from the coin's network using the block hash (getblock) instead.  This will be applied when I roll out the new payment infrastructure sometime in early Q2 of 2015.

The technical explanation behind the duplications/orphans in groups is that your client submitted several valid shares (solutions) for the same block at a very high rate.  The mining pool has a built-in wait time of 1 second between RPC calls to prevent a self inflicted DoS attack, and sometimes there can be a slow response to RPC calls when the coin's network is receiving several new blocks per second.  If your client is submitting several solutions per second (as shown above), you'll see duplication.

The system later validates each block on an individual bases using the block hash not the block number/height (which is why you see PENDING initially for up to an hour).  You'll get paid for the valid block accepted by the network.  The orphans are unfortunately a side effect of low difficulty coins with fast block times.

I mined for awhile on tekcoin at your site. Kinda funny that it shows I was paid for all the blocks I found yet i never received a single coin. Yes, I checked my addy to make sure it was correct, "BrVwzEWjrjGdWsk9vB52ECiCAQbRzcPCkt". Not a single transaction ever came thru. Hopefully someone can look at this and explain to me what happened please.

I updated the block chain link (the old one does not work any more).  The transaction appear to have been successful.

Example:
http://tek.blockchain.lt/tx/0f8b9036fa7f6bb64007f95c65c3b41aec38f9c81bc43861f01eeaaffe875824

To help troubleshoot, can you check the following:
  • Is your client fully synced?
  • Are you on version v2.1.1.0?

I am running the new 2.2.0.o version of tekcoin wallet and yes it is fully synched. Atleast it says it is and shows 10 active connections. This was first time I ever mined tek so there is nothing in my wallet record wise other than the original addy.
I am re-installing it now and it is redownloading the blockchain. When it gets done I will try my wallet.dat to see if maybe it was just a glitch on my end.

Once you get it re-downloaded, check that you are on the correct chain.

How do I verify what chain I am on if I have no block records to base off of? I am a little new to this part of things other than just loading the wallet and going.

Ok, so no this wallet I have is apparently not on the same blockchain. Downloaded it again today from the main site and still wrong chain. Not sure how this can be fixed but it does effect whether i will chance wasting more hash time at one of your pools. Sorry for that but I can't afford hits like this.

Sorry your still having trouble.  You may want to post in the TekCoin thread for assistance with getting on the correct chain.  Your hash power was not wasted since the payment has been sent to your address.  The coins are yours so long as you have the private key to them.  It doesn't matter if you mine at my pool or any other pool if your on the wrong chain.  Coinwarz.com and the block explorer I link to have the correct block chain.

It turns out that nautiluscoin has a ridiculously high transaction fee, causing the pool to become bankrupt from time to time.  I've increased the payout delay to see if more 'mature' coins can avoid the high fee.

In other news, three new pools are live:

  • Starcoin
  • Deutschen eMark
  • Bytecoin

I mined for awhile on tekcoin at your site. Kinda funny that it shows I was paid for all the blocks I found yet i never received a single coin. Yes, I checked my addy to make sure it was correct, "BrVwzEWjrjGdWsk9vB52ECiCAQbRzcPCkt". Not a single transaction ever came thru. Hopefully someone can look at this and explain to me what happened please.

Same here... this is ridiculous, if TekCoin devs can't get their shit together on which wallet you have to be on and the one they distribute on their website.  I downloaded that 3 days ago ffs.  Same happened at iSpace.co.uk too.  Payment sent but no show... definitely a TekCoin issue.  Now I'm pissed; time to raise dirt.  Gladly I only mined for a total of 12 hours but it's still my coin.

Your coins are not lost, they are yours:

You should post on the tekcoin thread for assistance.  There is a bootstrap.dat file that you need to download to ensure that your wallet starts off on the correct chain.

You can set both miners with the same wallet address & password, or create a unique wallet address for each miner.
Multiple worker support and custom difficultly settings are currently under development.

TekCoin needs 900 confirms.  I know it's very high, but this is to protect the pool from any additional block chain issues.  TekCoin as you recall has been problematic.   I will lower the confirms in a few weeks.

I see that some of your payments have begun processing.

Multiple mining parameters are definitely needed. A 100 GH/s Rbox trying to do the same work as an Antminer s4 just doesn't work.. it gets worse especially when you start adding more and more power to it.. I had a total output of 12 TH/s put to one wallet address and saw my rbox with a diff of 40k at one point... obviously trying and failing to do work, and then submitting obviously stale work when it could process something.

Is there a reason PPC (Peercoin) is waiting until 820 confirms rather than 520 to pay out? That makes it 5-6 days instead of 3ish.

I'll try and lower it a bit.  It was originally st high to avoid transaction fees.

Cool. Is there a difference between the 520 and 820? It was my understanding that 520 was fully confirmed.

I'm user PHJETm4Mg8WCqedzbP2Tep9N3WujFdvZR7 btw, and just got a payment after ~600 confirms, so from what i can gather it was 3 ppc lower than the previous at ~800, so is it really 1 ppc per day difference? I'm fine with the $1/block loss for the quicker return if that's the case.

Just checked, and for peercoin there isn't any difference at all.  Seems to be a constant 0.01 fee.  For other coins, it makes a huge difference when you let them sit for a while longer.  So I may lower peercoin even further to 550 or something.

Peercoin block are always different in reward.  For example:

https://bkchain.org/ppc/block/000000000000000b6e8917201617bfe4fbd23a67abf86d28a496ca1a12ddf742

81.14 PPC vs 77.49 PPC

I'm not familiar with the way Peercoin determines the amount.

Offline meaning you can't connect to it? or the website showing as offline?
There is a check than runs every 6 minutes that probes each stratum port for an alive pool.  Occasionally it gets a false negative, but if your client is connected you will be okay.  If you get disconnected often, that's a different problem and I'd like to know more about what you are experiencing.

The statistics are not real time.  It's more of a 'push' rather than 'pull' mechanism for data collection.  It's usually a few minutes between recalculations.  This is done to allow for better scalability.  On occasion the replicated slave falls behind and will exhibit a delay in stats.  That always resolves it's self in a few minutes to an hour.  It has zero effect on your rewards.  See: http://mining.securepayment.cc/help.php for common issues.

I guess the stats online are a bit behind.  noticed that the vardif setting is a lot lower also.  was trying 10K, not is 1428.  Is this the norm here ?

The variable difficulty algorithm is causing all kinds of issue.  Delaying stats when a whale hops on,  weird re-adjustments from time to time, and small miners taking too long to find a share.  It's a known problem and I am moving towards removing vardiff and setting up a static difficulty that can be adjusted from the web front end.  The code has already been merged into the stratum server.  I just need to finish the web front end to manage these settings.

Also see why it didn't get logged.  I'm in the process of fixing that issue.  (the pools are getting popular and the MySQL database is having trouble keeping up)
I'll manually update the database so you get properly credited for the block.

The front end database replication is lagging.  This won't effect your rewards.  I have some code updates being pushed out in the next 24 hours that will help with the recent database performance issues and add some new custom difficulty control features.

Hay.
How i see it all your pools have big lag.
For example i mined chococoin for one hour and find block, and my stats say zero hash and no block on pool shown.

It'd be great to see the updates in the next few hours as it's important to see stats so I know whether or not to keep mining or move over to another pool.

The statistics are still severely behind by about 24 hours.   I expect that it will take a least the rest of the day for things to catch up.  If not, then a dump/restore is in my future.

The specific issue is that there was a miner who kept submitting shares with diff 1.  It's taking a long time to clean that up.

Code:
DELETE FROM shares WHERE upstream_result = 0;
Query OK, 35349253 rows affected (21 hours 39 min 30.95 sec)

This only affects statistics and not your rewards.

The code update was successfully deployed this morning.  It will bring increased stability, performance, and lays the ground work for preventing issues like the one above.  The main event is the introduction of the new "custom difficulty" feature.

Custom Difficulty

Allows the option of using the default VARDIFF setting or a STATIC difficulty of your choosing for each of your workers to maximize your luck.   You can adjust this setting on the fly and the new difficulty will automatically get pushed out to your miner within a few seconds.  In most cases, you don't even need to restart your client.

This feature is currently active and the control panel to manage it will be made available sometime today.

Yeah, I don't know how that PoS stuff works exactly.  I personally find it odd that the PoS block was accepted as the longest chain over a PoW block.  And it was a nice 80+ PPC block too.. bummer.

Pool is okay, but I'll continue to monitor it.  At the current hash rate of 15 Th/s there should be at least 1 or 2 blocks found today.

hi random question.  i have seen this a few times and on other pools.  with the ppc pool.  worker name is:  PEEERoq7PjCvbFyFAbZzug9CsEmXNGvqgF  if on multiple miners, if a .1 , .2, .3 is appended, would the address get credit if found a block?

Pool is okay, but I'll continue to monitor it.  At the current hash rate of 15 Th/s there should be at least 1 or 2 blocks found today.

"Only Peercoin addresses that find blocks will receive 96% the block reward for valid upstream blocks. Payments are automatically sent several times per day at random intervals."

my first block 82.88 ppc so payout should be near 79,56ppc
https://bkchain.org/ppc/block/000000000000000863aa8a49f12a3711b1e60b66c37ae6dca354cffec579d40f

paid out only 78.22 ppc, and original block reward now 82.37 instead od 82.88
https://bkchain.org/ppc/tx/58c2b011e17daab9d71a3b0fc4c91992af49f97c8062e48e52c610de4251b069

my 6blocks mined makes 496,4ppc to pool wallet
496,4 X 96% = 476,544ppc

real payout 471,36ppc
fees taken off makes 471,30ppc

real payout 0,9495568090249799%

please check the payout system, your settings only 95%, not 96%
and send my missing 1% to:
PNGa8kNcMvmVBHAM5voeS3GJkBgkwttiTn

Issue resolved.  If anyone else would like to be compensated for the missing 1%, please PM me with 1) Block hashes and, b) mining address.

I think it took someone less than 12 hours to find that one Litecoin block with 8GH/s.  So at 256 MH/s is could take you a while.
It really depends on how lucky your are.

The wallet version was up to date/correct.
I am going to schedule a restart of the wallet daemon in a few hours.  It may be connected to some bad peers.

where the fuck did the hash go?

The current implementation of the statistics relies on the availability of shares pulled from the database.  Every so often, two things happen that cause a 'zero' or 'inaccurate' result.  Note, that in both instances there is no effect on your rewards.

  • When shares get flushed from the database, there may be times where nothing is left to use for calculating statistics.
  • The replicated slave falls behind.

The first issue was a bug, and a fix is being applied as I write this.

A new release is scheduled to be applied to production this evening.  This update requires all the stratum services to be restarted.  Your client may disconnect for a few minutes.  If you have backup pools setup, your client may momentarily fall back to one of those secondary pools and resuming mining on the primary pool a few minutes later.

It means your hardware is too powerful for the coin's current network difficulty.  Your finding blocks way too fast and the coin network can't keep up.
You are basically 'orphaning' your own blocks.

Hi!
LegendaryCoin
Explain, please, that occurs. Pool the long finds the same block. Then becomes orphan.

So to do that in this case? How to do mining coins through yours pool?

Normally that should not be a problem.

However, LegendaryCoin appears to be having some block chain problems.
Not sure if it's a 51% attack, PoS attack, or a fork in the block chain.  The developer of that coin has not been seen or heard from for almost a year and the check point's have not been updated since.

The version being used is the recommended release 0.4.0.0.  It set to an additional 60 confirms to allow the newly minted coin's priority to rise to at least medium-high before sending them.

ISP had something 'blow up' on there end.  It's the only moving piece I can not control directly.  The connection was down for more that 5 hours which indicated it was pretty serious.  (I have a 1 hour response time SLA).

Getting a second connection is not possible at the moment (way too expensive).  Perhaps sometime in the future when I deploy more services and generate more revenue.

Establishing connection with pool ppcoin.securepayment.cc:3357... Error: connect timed out

so unstable lately..

Aside from the connection issue last night.  Stability should be getting much better real soon.  I've purchased some new storage hardware that will improve things.

The new storage back end is in place and I've already migrated some blockchains to it.  The results have so far been positive.  I've seen less 'disconnects' and less stale/orphan blocks in the past 24 hours.

I'm planning on moving the remaining blockchains in the next couple of hours.  This include (but not limited to) Peercoin, Zetacoin, Bitcoin, and Litecoin.  Your client may disconnect for a minute while I swap the storage.

For those who like pictures....

The blockchains are currently using a steady 20 MBytes per second of bandwidth.  The system can support up to 10 Gbps

The Unobtanium blockchain appears to have forked due to some miscommunication between the community and developer.  Our pool is on the latest officially released version 0.9.5.9, which is what the majority of the block chain is on, and we are on the correct chain.

Please follow the discussion here if you have concerns:

Help! I need to change my wallet address!

In most cases just use another wallet address. If you feel that your wallet has been compromised and need to change it for future pending payments please send us a PM using the BitcoinTalk forum. You will be asked to provide a signed message.

Send me a PM, I will provide a message that you will need to sign using your Unobtanium client.

There are several orphaned blocks for UNO from when they pulled a surprise hard fork on the pool operators earlier in May.

There has not been any mention of compensation for miners and pool operators from the incident.  If you have mined invalid blocks during that time, I would voice your concerns on the UNO thread.

However, if you find that any of those block are indeed valid, please send me the list via PM and I will look into it.

My personal says 0 most of the time, I have seen it report close to the 5TH I have pointed at it, but on the bottom of the page it says it is 0 as well... is no one else pointed at this?

Also, the stat page does a time-out quite often....

Anyone else using this for Peercoin?

This happens when there is a huge backlog of shares to import.  No need to be concerned about it.

Also, the stat page does a time-out quite often....

The load balancer is overwhelmed at the moment, upgrades are being planned.

Stratum services are unaffected by this as they use a different set of hardware.

In the recent weeks the Peercoin solo mining service has seen an increase in popularity and has developed enough of a cache of coins that I might be able to lower the number of conformations to under 500.  I will continue monitor the utilization, if it remains high like it has been these last few week then I will go and lower it to 250 confirms or less.

That's very strange.  What are you using hardware and operating system wise?

Sometimes ISP's have temporary DNS issue.

Try clearing your DNS cache (http://www.noip.com/support/knowledgebase/how-do-i-flush-my-windows-dns-cache/)
using Google DNS servers (https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using),
or OpenDNS (https://use.opendns.com/).

The domain does resolve properly

Cool, thanks. I see I am fluctuating between 5th and 7th.

Have you made and decisions on changing the # of confirmations?

Thanks,

I'm still watching it closely.  If the usage continues as it has been for the past few days for at least another week, I will lower it to 250.
For now, I will decrease the fees on the service.

All blocks will start getting paid at 97% effective next hour.  This includes any block already found and not yet paid.

Nice, Thanks.

These last few days have to have been a boost in income, especially with the guy who has 500TH here now. Has he/she been around long? I just started here 4 days ago. Found 1 block, hoping for 1 every 2 to 3 days with the 5.2TH I have pointed here....

Might be a regional DNS issue with some ISP(s) since not everyone is having trouble.
Have you tried the tips I mentioned in an earlier post?

Is there still no way of manually setting the difficulty? As I think 50K is far too high for my multiple miners. I sometimes get the odd Antminer C1 receiving work at a difficulty of 17.5K which seems more efficient as it's that miner that finds the most blocks (I'm mining Peercoin by the way). Any help/advice/explanation on this is appreciated in advance.

Thanks!

The front end for this feature has a security issue that I am still working through.  If you provide me (PM) a signed message with the desired difficulty, I can go ahead and manually set it.

Great news!  The security department has given the stamp of approval on the settings front end.  I will be deploying it to the production servers shortly.  Expect a small interruption of mining since this requires a stratum service restart.

Updates are complete and the control panel is live for all pools/coins

Difficulty can be manually selected and VARDIFF can be disabled.

New values are applied instantly (may take up to 3 minutes in some cases) upon verification.

You do not need to restart your miner.

I found these 2 blocks, but my wallet only shows one deposit today (7/21)

185584: 2015-07-19 02:59:33 GMT-5 | PQZLmcX7Q1ar1BKSturSCmhR3KuaEh2i3n | paid
185346: 2015-07-17 18:10:55 GMT-5 | PQZLmcX7Q1ar1BKSturSCmhR3KuaEh2i3n | paid

When I click on the block link, I get some strange page that says I broke the internet...

Peace,

Not sure if this was mentioned and search didn't work for me.

Question: Proper naming for 2 antminers on the same coin port with same address.
Question: If a block is pending and found by <man1> is it attached to the address or the antminer that found it. When one goes down is the block orphaned or picked up by the second one.

url:1111 -u <same address.man1> -p x
url:1111 -u <same address.man2> -p x

or address only and your software will merge them?

The pool does not care if you have 100's of antminers all using the same address.  It will treat all your found blocks as a single 'account'.

If both your antminers use the same address, it does not matter which one finds the block or if it goes offline.  Once a block is found by your miner and it's confirmed, it's yours regardless of what happens afterwards (unless there is a 51% attack on the coin's blockchain).

'Orphan' block's occur when someone else finds a better block first.  It has no relation to what you are describing here.

I am fairly sure this pool is a FRAUD.
I have been mining the litecoin pool and it is saying that I am getting a bunch of blocks which is obviously not true for litecoin with 5 Mh/s
So what is happening? The pool operator is using my hashpower to mine a lower difficulty coin and keeping all of it for himself.
Prove me wrong.

Please do not jump to conclusions and make an accusation like this without some due diligence.  It's comes off as being unprofessional.  Please review your miner's settings and confirm the following:

What is the command line you are using?

Litecoin is on port 3339
URL is sratum+tcp://litecoin.securepayment.cc

What is the Litecoin address you are using?

I can search the database and veryfy that you are indeed on the correct or incorrect stratum port.

Do you have backup pools setup?

Perhaps your mining client is falling back to an alternate pool and finding blocks there.

What is the message you are receiving?

It's normal for a mining client to display "Stratum from pool 0 detected new block".  Which means a new block was detected in the network, not necessarily mined by you.

Hi Tuaris, I'm having a problem with changing the difficulty on the control panel, It just keeps saying "Signature Verification Failed: The signature's public key was incorrect or the messages did not match". I've tried different diff. settings but it refuses to accept my signed messages. It was working fine for a while as I've successfully changed it a few times. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Not sure what may be going on.  Are you using the Peercoin Qt client to sign?
I just tested it with that and it worked.

Make sure you do not leave any spaces (or non-printable charaters) before or after the signature.  The web control panel currently does not strip them off.

Yes I'm using Peerunity v0.1.1 (QT 4.8.5) which I have used previously to sign messages using your control panel. I've checked the message to make sure that it doesn't contain spaces and it still returns an error.

I'll have a closer look at that cleint.   Could you give me an aproximation of when it stop working?  I have a feeling I know what it is, but it also makes no sense if I am right.   Undecided

I think it was a week or so after you rolled out the control panel feature, I must emphasize though that it was working correctly and I was using the same client also. Hope that helps, I'll try the other Peercoin wallet and report back.

hmm I don't know what is going on.  I used Peerunity to sign messages and it also failed for me.  The interesting part is that Peerunity fails to verify a message signed by the Peercoin reference wallet, and vice-a-versa.

I'll open a bug with Peerunity to see if they can offer some assistance.

Thanks for this.

That's very strange I must admit! I hope the wallet devs can shed some light on this. I'll go try another release and report back if I encounter any issues.

I've successfully altered the difficulty to a setting of my choice, using PPCoin QT version v0.4.0ppc-beta. I think i'll just stick with this client for the time being as I don't require any additional functionality that PeerUnity offers anyway.

Please do tell though if the dev team manages to fix the bug. Thanks again!

Received feedback on the bug
https://github.com/Peerunity/Peerunity/issues/176

It's exactly as I thought.  The "magic string" was not matching correctly between the Peercoin reference and Peerunity wallets.  The reason it worked for you originally was due to my web control panel using the wrong string, just as Peerunity was.  I 'fixed' it about week later based on the reference wallet, which broke it for peerunity.

DASH can be found here:
http://mining.securepayment.cc/pools/dash/

There have been some lucky miners who have found a few blocks.  I think it was about 1 to 2 days to find a block at 20MH/s last I checked.

Many thanks,

Too the moon (( :

At 2-4KH/s is going to be a very long time until a block is found.
According to the CoinWarz calculator, it could take 49395 days to find a block.
http://www.coinwarz.com/calculators/dash-mining-calculator/?h=2.00&p=600.00&pc=0.0&pf=0.00&d=1987.33065543&r=2.92500000&er=0.01090001&btcer=229.72000000&hc=0.00

You could still get lucky and find one sooner!

The reason for a 0 H/s being displayed is due to the small amount of shares being submitted.  The stats processor does not have enough data to come up with a reasonable number.  Try setting a lower difficulty to submit shares more often, see the help section for more information.

Yeah trust for this kind of solo pool is going down for me. feels like i have to point my miner @ another coin or pool.

Yes there was one other pool (www.solomining.com) but it closed down a few months back and never reopened. This is the only pool to my knowledge that offers solo mining on many different coins. Up until this point I've had no issues to speak of and the admin does a good job of keeping everything working as it should. Just hope we can get this bug sorted Smiley

I still haven't identified the root cause of the problem, but I have been able to see a pattern.  The payout script is stalling on either ContiniumCoin or Teacoin every Sunday morning.  I recently moved these two coins from the old system on to this new platform, hence the sudden issues.  I will start expanding the backend part of the platform horizontally (adding more database and payment servers) in the coming days.  This should relieve some stress on the one database and payment server currently being used to handle almost 40 pools.

For now, I have manually kicked off the peercoin payments.

So roughly how long will it take for these payments to clear? The reason I ask is because the PPC price is up and I don't want to miss out. Thanks.

So roughly how long will it take for these payments to clear? The reason I ask is because the PPC price is up and I don't want to miss out. Thanks.

I will go ahead an expedite the Peercoin payouts to run in the next 20 minutes.

I was going to ask the same thing, It seems the Peercoin blocks aren't being paid out on time again. Is there still an issue Tuaris as I need the coins in my account ASAP.
Do you know about any other solo place?
Yes there was one other pool (www.solomining.com) but it closed down a few months back and never reopened. This is the only pool to my knowledge that offers solo mining on many different coins. Up until this point I've had no issues to speak of and the admin does a good job of keeping everything working as it should. Just hope we can get this bug sorted Smiley
Thanks, Jepp i hope that to.

When will next payout be on the pending?

Once the Peercoin block matures, payout is usually within the hour.

Yes, Peercoin blocks have a very long wait time for maturity.  I believe it's somewhere around 520 confirms.
Also after taking a look, I see that one of the addresses have a '#' sign that will prevent it from being properly paid.  Can the owner of that address can please confirm the correction.

520 confirms is a long time, but is it days?...
And that is strange with a # in the address...

How strange! I hope you manage to get it fixed, Some of the stratum servers seemed to still be online though. I'll switch back to your pool once the issue is sorted. Thanks buddy.

i still mining there... peercoin and terracoin work ok, but in TAK i have a problem, a great delay to pay. Today start pay the blocks i found in 15/9, for 10 paid i found 30, 40 news...
I send a MP to "admin" of the pool today, and wait a resolution, to acelerate the payments.

I understand if you have a big hashrate or mining quick altcoins will have same problem

Sorry for the bad english

Huh So why should I mine in that pool for Bytecoin if my shares weren't paid? 'couse I'm new here 'n I try to mine Bytecoin, but unfortunately I got only 50 MH. Aren't there any reliable public pools out there for me without registering on that website?

Hi I got a little problem with the pool. I've mined DASH for 1 hours with minerd, 269 accepted threads (and YAY on minerd) but nothing never shown on my statistics page, no active worker, no found blocks, Khashes = 0 but it's not, I'm mining.

Is there something special to do after having configured my miner with the address given and my wallet address ? It's an online wallet, poloniex.

Tuaris, On the Peercoin site it's saying that the latest found blocks are all orphans? I know they aren't because I can look at the block I found and see your PPC address as the recipient of the newly generated coins. Is your Peercoin wallet on a different chain/fork?

Sorry for the lack of replies.  Bitcoin talk stopped sending notifications and I don't always remember to check this thread manually.

This has been resolved.  Peercoin had a Blockchain fork and (thankfully) we were on the correct chain.  no PPC was lost yay!!

Pending long mate..HuhHuhHuh?

Looks like these have been paid.  The reason why it takes so long is becuase 1) TEKCoin difficulty is low, 2) TEKCoin had a blockchain fork last year and we were not so lucky then.  Much TEK was lost, and I took most of the hit to ease the burden on the miners.  This helps mitigate that type of situation.

Peercoin blocks found are not being paid out? I've been waiting 6 days for a block to mature and payment to be sent.

That nasty bug rears it's head every now and then...  I'm trying to reproduce it manually.

Hello, what is going on with my terra blocks they are not getting payed anymore stays on pending and the other miner is getting blocks payed.

my terra address 1LbcVeaGe24XrTet22TVmbJhD4CdNaUuAi

Your blocks have been paid.  It just took a little longer for it to work it's self through the queue.

everything ok on dash not showing that iam mining there

I don't know what's going on with Dash and I'm aware of the inability to set a custom difficulty (due to it being decimal).  I will take a closer look at this later.

How do you donate?

Use a non-valid wallet address (the word 'donate' for example) as the username.

And were their any plans to add more coins even thought their is nothing wrong with the current selection.

I want to add more but I will need to postpone until I can stabilize the platform with more hardware.  I'm already pushing the limits of the current cluster which is supporting nearly 40 blockchains.  In total I think the computing power amounts to almost 48 CPU cores, 128 GB of RAM, and 4 TB of storage.

And is this pool in the US? if i rent miners i want to rent from US if the pool is there...

US

Others users in the pool payd and my coins on ice. Please look at (TS75...) user, is a strange occurrency.

Please clarify?

Hello,
time payment pepercoin is incredibly long.

More than 530 certificates payout is absolutely unacceptable.

After finding the block, all the coins in your wallet immediately.

I'm not going with you to continue to benefit and wait for your payment that lasts a fourth day.

What about when found immediately send coins finders block and in your wallet belonging charge you as for other pools.

Peercoin requires at minimum 520 conformations before new coins can be moved:
https://github.com/ppcoin/ppcoin/blob/master/src/main.h#L41
https://github.com/ppcoin/ppcoin/blob/master/src/main.cpp#L750

I think 10 more in addition to that is reasonable for security in case there is a fork.  Is it not?

Hello Tuaris!

I think there might be something wrong with the MAZA coin mining. The mining status page will show my miners hash for around 10 minutes and then after that it goes to 0 and no longer registers. I had rebooted the miner a few times and it does the same each time. Also, the last payment appears to still be pending and it is not showing the blocks that I have found so far.

Could you please take a look?

Thanks!

Today's mining PPC:
300th for 50 minutes - 0 blocks found
100th for 60 minutes - 1 block found
700Th for 35 minutes - 1 block found

Something is wrong with the pool of, the rejection of a pool of similar :-(

Tis is sad. Every 6 hours 15 blocks get released. I can mine that many blocks out in about 20 minutes. That means if i mine here for one day your gonna take 18 days to release a days worth of mining. Glad I caught this early so I wouldn't be waiting a year to get my coins paid in full.
Next pool I guess.
Also, doing the payouts timely might result in less orphans. Just plain a bad experience.

Problems with the pool of problems with payments for mining. I started solo mine own iron. 700Th this pole is not able to find the blocks. Many orphaned blocks. Obviously you have a problem, your pool even freezes when loading pages. It concerns both PPC and mining XJO you. PPC 520 need confirmation - payments late, XJO necessary certificates 101 - delayed payments. With this pool of've ended in - disaster

It has been over 3 weeks now with no reply from anyone.

Is this the level of service that we can start to expect from mining.securepayment.cc? If so, I will take my hash rate elsewhere and you won't get any mining bonus from me for blocks found.

It makes no difference to me who I mine with as long as the platform is stable and there is SUPPORT WHEN NEEDED!!

I found block 7th February 2016.
Now it seems error near my address 11th February.
I report missing block.
after 5 minutes later it fixed like paid but not paid yet to my address.
Woow Tuaris is fastest man alive. After 7 minutes it is paid.

My peercoin experience in securepayment.cc :
Firstly work in pool with your hash power with 20TH/s you can find a block in a day.
When you found a block you can wait 4 days for 520 confirmation for payment.
Then if it writes near your address error, quickly report it as a missing block.
After waiting 12 minutes, it will be paid.
Finally thanks for Securepayment.cc and Tuaris.

Because it's someone else's block that made it into the chain.

Exactly, and whoever get it into the chain first wins, and all the others are orphans

pretty much, they find it within such a short time of each other that the network doesn't have time to update. after its corrected and the late miner becomes the orphan and gets nothing.

I want to ask the complexity of manually (diff). Coin Mazacoin. The latest version of the purse. I sign up in the wallet settings, and the site refuses to accept them. Help. The complexity of that site itself sets is useless. diff 100000 The parameter is incorrect, you need to 1000.

i emailed and tweeted them.. no reply..

unfortunalty there is no way to prove i found blocks.. because block explorer has no listing.. and the pool ui shows 0.

Trying to mine Peercoin, but can not. The difficulty is far too high for my Compac miner. I know I'm hashing:

No shares being reported on the miner screen, and the stats panel, http://mining.securepayment.cc/pools/ppcoin/stats.php?address=deleted&submit=Lookup+Stats, shows zero. I tried to use the control panel, http://mining.securepayment.cc/pools/ppcoin/settings.php?address=deleted, to change from vardiff to a custom diff more appropriate for the Compac miner, but no matter what I try to do to sign the message it fails with this error:

Signature Verification Failed:
The signature's public key was incorrect or the messages did not match.

I am using Peerunity v0.2.2 to sign the message, and using the copy/paste method to get the message from the web page into Peerunity, then using copy/paste to get the signature from Peerunity back to the web page.

Got any suggestions?

Very nice service! Keep this up! Maybe you could also add some several alts to mine also maybe ETH or TIT or DOGE.
That would be also great.

this pool is dead..

peercoin is on a fork.. it was resolved with an update that they have not done yet..

all your shares on this pool are being wasted, and if you find a block it will not be paid out.

for your compacs might i suggest digibyte..
http://dgbsha.cryptopools.com/index.php?page=login

you dont get much, but the coin is low diff.. so you at least get paid something.

I have mined on the BinaryCoin mining pool a couple of times. My miner has found about 100 blocks but only 1 has been sent to my wallet. I have not show up as an active worker, on the hash rate or found blocks.

Hi http://mining.securepayment.cc/

I am not receiving any payout for a while now, on the UniversalCurrency solo pool.

My wallet: PCbL7Kv9NMvV2EupDiNTLD52WdxFtjdtDu

Can you look in to this and payout all found blocks? (must be more than 500!)

For example, the pool stats sayed paid, but i did not receive one coin.

Thanks for looking in to this  Smiley

Hi http://mining.securepayment.cc/

I am not receiving any payout for a while now, on the UniversalCurrency solo pool.

My wallet: PCbL7Kv9NMvV2EupDiNTLD52WdxFtjdtDu

Can you look in to this and payout all found blocks? (must be more than 500!)

For example, the pool stats sayed paid, but i did not receive one coin.

Thanks for looking in to this  Smiley

this is kind of your fault for not mining on a secure wallet..
if they sent the coins to bittrex and you didnt get them in your account, you should be emailing them to see what happened to your deposit..

it looks like you are still mining there.. ?

Hi http://mining.securepayment.cc/

I am not receiving any payout for a while now, on the UniversalCurrency solo pool.

My wallet: PCbL7Kv9NMvV2EupDiNTLD52WdxFtjdtDu

Can you look in to this and payout all found blocks? (must be more than 500!)

For example, the pool stats sayed paid, but i did not receive one coin.

Thanks for looking in to this  Smiley

Last 100 Paid Blocks found by this miner: (and did not pay to me yet!)

you can view the transaction and see what wallet its going to.

I am afraid no, the payments send directly to Bittrex.  I ded see on the securepayment pool website the coin is taken offline after i email this problem.

No awnsers from securepayment  Embarrassed

No awnser

this is kind of your fault for not mining on a secure wallet..

Well i can not have 1000 kind of wallets to much of a security risk.

Quote
if they sent the coins to bittrex and you didnt get them in your account, you should be emailing them to see what happened to your deposit..

it looks like you are still mining there.. ?
they are simply not send to bittrex, i have a full report here.

I stopped mining this coin now. Also stopped mining peercoin at this pool, seems there is an problem also.

This whole Pool is a waste of time and energy, I suggest not to use any of there services.

I came up with this conclusion awhile ago. Too many orphans too many rejects. The pools go down all the time. They don't upgrade wallets so you mine on forks.. it's really sad.

I have been trying out your service for the last week and I had not seen anything happen. I started mining PeerCoin with my miners and the hash rates were showing less than a quarter of my hash rate then after reloading the page it would show twice as much?Huh I checked for blocks I have found and it showed 4 or 5 but nothing came to my wallet. Now I attached a Bitforce SC 1.0 using BFM and it wont even register as working on your TekCoin Pool. Now I just attached both of my spondoolie SP20s and they are accepting blocks and getting work. Your site is saying I am not connected or Hash zero. I am still downloading the blockchain for TekCoin but I put my wallet address under username and put a random password but it shows nothing. Now I tried to change my settings in your control panel but it wont let me sign the message. I copied and pasted everything exact. My TEK address on the top of the message. In the message itself I copied and pasted the exact message and clicked sign message in a QT wallet. I copied the signature and pasted it in the field you provided under the message I was supposed to copy. It works for PPC but with TEK it keeps saying it failed. I need to clear the difficulty and go with Variff but I cant. Have no idea either what is a good difficulty setting for 2 SP20 miners hashing @ 13.5 Th/s and 1 Bitforce SC 1.0 @ 8.5 Gh/s.
Why am I not Being recognize and why is your pool hash rate 0. I selected TEK for its low difficulty so I could win some Blocks but under this condition I doubt I am getting anything and might need to go back to Slush. BTW I saw Slush has an overall place in the LTC pie chart. Where can I get right I.P. and Port to join them with come GPUs

this pool is messed up. i think the servers are overloaded or cheap and weak.. most of the blocks you mine will be orphans, so you wont get anything at all..

its too bad because this was a good idea and this is one of the only pools i have found with ppc solo mining.. they just need to do some upgrades to make it worth mining here.

Hello,

I am mining on eMark pool using the following wallet NfHEjiYuU85xqCYVPYSAGXFno3LyeV4brT.s7 (where s7 is the worker name). However there are no payments made for the following blocks. In addition, I do not know why these blocks are showing as donated. I did not donate them. There are 4 pending blocks and I am not sure why they will still be pending after so many days. What exactly do I need to do to resolve this issue.

Last 100 Blocks found by this miner:

1264795: 2017-05-24 02:57:30 GMT-5 | Pending
1264659: 2017-05-24 00:54:42 GMT-5 | Donated

1264106: 2017-05-23 15:19:01 GMT-5 | Donated

I gave this pool a try before I read this thread.  Mining DEM, 29 blocks found (and Paid), 9 orphans.  But all blocks were paid.

Good day. Could you set up a leased rig for nicehash or miningrig for your pool? Nicehash complains of low difficulty. Tried to edit the difficulty in the control panel but without success, nicehash does not perceive it.  Embarrassed Sorry for Google Translator.

I have been able to set the DIFF and have had no luck with rigs from nicehash or MRR.

With the configuration figured out, everything works. Still there is a problem. Many forks are dead like their wallets. I do not quite understand how to pass the verification.  Is it possible to use exchange wallets for withdrawal?

With Peer coin you have to use the Peercoin wallet not one of the custom wallets.  But with DEM I couldn't get my signing a message to verify properly.

Also there are times this pool drives my R4's totally NUTS!!  Racks up HW errors by the thousand then continues normally.

It's bad ... And could not put kittehcoin a wallet, used a stock exchange purse. Right now I'm waiting for payments, should I expect problems with them?

Something about this pool drives my miners nuts!!  My hardware errors jump into the 10's of thousands.  I have DIFF set and no VARDIFF on.  Can't figure this out.  Also my reported hash rate is a lot lower then the pool reports.
When I mine on a regular pool, no problems with HW errors and the hash rate is spot on.

I tried to connect to the PeerCoin pool.  The miner connects and hashes but the site shows 0 and it doesn't come up in the mining stats.  Seems the DEV has forgotten about the pool.  It's a shame, I really like solo mining here.

this..

i dont see why people still mine on this pool.. in the past they took over 10 ppc blocks away from me. my s7s showed they found blocks with a high difficulty, but nothing ever showed up in the block list.
in the config directory of the s7s there is a blkid.txt that shows all the blocks found.. you can search and see..

i emailed them several times and got no reply back. i stopped mining here..

this "pool" is a scam.

yes you get paid for some blocks.. but some dont even show up and others are showed as orphans.
