To help guard against forking on the BOST block chain i have created a new core wallet that includes an up to date sync checkpoint and also enabled the checkpointing service, so new checkpoints are broadcast automatically around the network. BoostCoin Core is a cut down version to be used for daemons and if you don't want to use all the main features included in the full wallet. Please ensure you update to this version as soon as you can.

The new plan is to help make a revenue for 1 year to pay for more advertising and development. This will be provisioned by increasing the stake percentage reward and for 5 BOST per block to be paid to a development fund address. The total amount of BOST coin will increase to 14 million after a maximum of 1 year. Also every Boster will have a greater stake reward made up to 10% more. example if you have 100000 BOST, after 1 year this will increase to 110000 BOST.

BoostCoin cannot be mined, it is a Proof of Stake project. The Proof of Work phase finished over a year ago.
The blocks are created by an internal process based on the amount of coins you hold in your wallet and for how long.
