if I understand things correctly, POW is still enabled. If so are there any pools supporting BC?

ETA: Looks like POW already ended. OP should be updated to prevent others from wasting time,.
PoW is still available until block 1140000 you need to ensure you add powenable=1 to the boostcoin.conf for mining to work |

Yeah, boost! no longer marked for delisting! you should get on another exchange though, just in case c-cex goes toes up like coinmarkets looks like its heading.
