Genesis mining doesn't listen even if a LOT of customers would be really happy to be able to sell their contracts..

No! They do not want to break any financial rules. If you ran your own business I am sure you would want to be as legit as possible and not break any rules either.

If you had competitors that had a feature that you knew could break rules and get you into trouble, would you still do it because a few of your customers wanted it.. If you did, you would be rather stupid.

Marco from GM has already posted why there can not be trading of buying and selling hashpower. How many more times does it need to be written.

I myself would like a trading option but if that is what users want, just go and use another provider that does that, its not like GM advertises on their site that you can trade your hashpower, if they did and you found after purchasing you could not then that would be a different matter.

Sure we will. I'm not sure it will be good for GM business.

Of course I understand their position. But you have to agree it won't be possible for them to stand on such a competitive market if they don't listen to what their customers want and can find somewhere else...

If they don't want to find a solution, right, I'll accept that, but I won't invest anything here anymore.

If GM would buy back all contracts as soon there are some problems (low btc price for example), they would be within days Insolvent.

You buyed into a high-risk investment with a experimental cryptographic currency.
If you can not deal with the risks (and potential total loss), you're wrong here.
