here is my last payout, which says x11 DRK:

Like I said, my 100% x11 allocation is set to DASH...but haven't gotten payment of anything x11 related since 12/30

Hmmm,  strange... for now change it to Auto BTC to prevent further loss of coins.  Did you made a ticket?
Ow just crossed my mind, You do use a wallet right? Not a disposed walled address from Crapsy or a other online trader?

Zeta, there is nothing wrong here...Loki purchased contract with a card so his payouts are held for 30 or so days.
He is getting a Dash payout, there is no problem.

Ah, that makes sense. I know there where not really something wrong, I was expecting he maybe put in the incorrect wallet address or something.
I will be a good idea to make it more clear for Credit-card payed contracts, a small banner or something that funds will be hold 30 days.

I probably broke even with my 10TH. It's paying 0.0024 BTC/day now.... I won't invest again, I learned my lesson. Better just hodl, much easier, safer and more profitable.

It is good to have a BTC income. However as we say in NL, I can't be a thief of my own wallet.

I did make a nice profit with an all-in-one package from Megamine. Very nice indeed.

Edit: just did a calculation, still at a small loss.

Just to be transparent....here is the reply from Genesis-Mining:

====================================

There is an issue with some X11 payouts. To avoid coins being lost we pay out in BTC in such cases, despite mining allocation settings. As always you can check payouts on the PAYOUTS page. Holding your mouse over the Info icons will show additional information about the transaction, if needed.
We hope to resolve the issue very soon.

Best regards,
Michael
Genesis Mining

=====================================

So yes, there is something wrong on Genesis side IanFoxley...pls don't assume how I paid and that I did not know about the 30day hold....I clearly mention it on my post #3919

(i'm no longer on 30day eval)

They do, in the contract it is mentioned also on the screen where a user purchases with a card, It says  For credit card payments the payouts will be balanced first until the card is verified.

This is what is in the contract...which EVERYONE should read before purchasing.

By using the Credit Card Services the Customer hereby agrees and accepts that he will not be allowed and shall be prohibited from withdrawing any amounts that the Customer has deposited and/or is entitled to as a result of the Services rendered by the Service Provider for a period of 30 days. In case the payment by the Customer results in a charge-back or other material issues occur, the Service Provider is entitled to keep all existing, current and future Mining Output.

can someone convince me about GM services? I heard lots of rumors but I know some of them just only shouting without having experience with GM, aint gonna hear this kind of comment.

i want to hear someone who already investing in GM, what is better lifetime with 1TH or x11 with 20Mh? And how much earning if I buy this amount? I didn't see any profit calculator on their site

Update: X11 Mining Payouts

People asked me a few times to update the X11 payouts chart I did some time ago. Please find the updated chart below. Recent X11 payouts are very going very well and Dash has a relatively stable price. However, my calculation is based on BTC (auto), which use the Genesis Mining auto-trader and seems to give better results than pure Dash mining.

In short: Graviton +26.8%, Ferox +14.7%

Payout: the total amount of USD earned so far
Graviton / Ferox: the contract price of USD 19 /21 adjusted for the time period of 103 days since contract start

There a number of people in the forums that bash legit services and promote scams. So always check things on your own.

I have invested in GM contracts for some time. It is hard to say which is "better". X11 is doing very well at the moment (please see my previous posting). SHA is a bit more difficult to predict because of difficulty increases. On the other hand, the maintenance fee for sha lifetime contracts was reduced recently. So payouts for new sha contracts are now much better, as well.

I am tracking payouts for sha and X11 and GM is doing exactly doing what they promise. As for any investment there is no guarantee for making a profit, though. Any service that promises you a profit is a scam.

Hope this helps!

Just noticed that when looking at contracts today, that the daily fee for SHA 256 Lifetime contracts is now at 0.00079 USD per GH/s

So I have purchased 50GH/s again which will be added to my payout thread, link below.  The last posts will be the newest payout info and i try and update every day when possible
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=768931.msg8666314#msg8666314

I do the thread to help some of you who have not purchased yet get an idea of what daily returns are currently. It is also useful for those that have purchased just to make sure payouts are in line with others.

Hey Wintermute

Thank you for sharing the result and strategy. I think the reduce of cost is because the btc price went up quite a bit yes?

can someone convince me about GM services? I heard lots of rumors but I know some of them just only shouting without having experience with GM, aint gonna hear this kind of comment.

i want to hear someone who already investing in GM, what is better lifetime with 1TH or with 20Mh? And how much earning if I buy this amount? I didn't see any profit calculator on their site

There a number of people in the forums that bash legit services and promote scams. So always check things on your own.

I have invested in GM contracts for some time. It is hard to say which is "better". X11 is doing very well at the moment (please see my previous posting). Maintenance fee reduction is probably related to more efficient hardware and electricity prices.

Some services fix the hardware prices in BTC, which to a certain extent might make sense, but is bad if the BTC price goes up. GM is known for fixing their prices in USD and kept prices constant when the BTC price went up in the past (which is good for its clients).

It's very important to note tho, that maintenance prices will not go down on existing contracts. For that reason, I am still under water after a year of mining with Genesis-mining. You're really better off just buying and hodling BTC if you were planning to invest in SHA.

However, you might also have other reasons to invest other then ROI, for example you want to be part of the mining scene. In that case investing in SHA mining might still be for you.

And maybe X11 is better?

Or maybe try a hosting service that lets you sell your position giving a real chance at "roi."
