Genesis mining is a service that I have been using for more than a year, about 7 months ago I bought 15 MH / s if calculated it need about 1 year or more to get roi.  |

We have been experiencing some technical difficulties in the past few days. As a result user balances were not shown correctly and the functionality of the website has been reduced, including the login option.
This is representing a bigger challenge than expected, but our IT Team is currently working on solving the issues. This situation has also forced us to hold payouts since the last 20th of July, but they will be released to your wallets (or balance) as soon as the situation is stabilized. We expect to have everything solved (payouts included) during this week.
Also, we are getting lots of tickets due to this, so our response time may not be as quick as you are used to from us. We will handle all tickets of course.
We apologize for all this inconvenience, and thank you for your patience and understanding.

This doesn't sit right. Why don't you tell us exactly what 'technical difficulties' you are experiencing? Also, why are you still accepting payments for new contracts if your servers aren't working? |

We are currently investigating all delayed payouts. Until these issues are solved, we will temporarily switch to a new payout schedule: Instead of paying out daily, we will payout all funds every two days – e.g. the next payout is scheduled for the 9th of August, covering the payouts of 7th and 8th of August and so on.This is only a measure to take pressure off the daily routine until we are sure that our infrastructure is again capable of performing at maximum. We will then return to daily payouts as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

How can you talk about profitability if they are having big problems and paying with delays (or not paying at all)? You risk to lose everything if you invest there. |

well when trying to change my ltc address i keep getting "something went wrong" error message i already checked the ltc address and yes it is correct, had this happen before.. Someone needs to fix this.

How is the status? Few posts ago were talking about site hacked and delayed payments... Is this been overcome?
Is this a good investment? As I can see is running since 2014!
How long will it take to recoup my investment?

Reason for the delayed payouts besides the general new security and infrastructure upgrades is our continuation on improving the payout system itself, as our service needs to be able to handle an ever-increasing number of new users. Please rest assured that all of our mining operations are running stable and are secure. This said, new bulk payouts are already en route to your wallet and should pop up soon!
Paying a daily mining revenue to all our users remains our top priority (and has been for over three years of service) and we assure you that everybody will receive their hard earned coins and no hash will be forgotten. If you haven't seen it, I shared a video in our Enigma facility talking about exactly these points.
If you opened a ticket we will take a look at your account as soon as we can and provide assistance. Please note that our customer service response times can currently be longer than 72 hours. Please see our recent blog post for more information.
