been 11 days no answer to support ticket about a ton missing payments, more missing payments from yesterday.

We're investigating all missing payouts and if you opened a ticket then we will assist you as soon as we can. We are handling tickets as fast as we can, with more people then before, making more hours then before, but still it can take much longer then you are used to from us. We will pay out what was mined, even if it takes longer, and the Two-Day Bulk payouts are being processed as scheduled. Some people get a transaction error or something similar on the most recent BTC payout. Those payouts have been processed on our side, but further distribution of the transaction data into the blockchain can take considerable time nowadays, as we have seen quite a few times before, causing temporary "transaction unknown" errors and such. There is nothing we can do to speed up since we do not have any control over the blockchain. It could take several hours still, but the transaction data will pop up in a block explorer (and of course the payment in your wallet) eventually.
In the mean time we are still doing infrastructure upgrades and are working very hard to get back to our daily payout routine, and we are working very hard to handle tickets and concerns as fast as we can.

I'm still waiting on my final XMR payout. its been weeks since I opened a ticket, got a initial automated response and nothing since.
I had this problem when I was trying to get my final ETH payout as well. simply unacceptable.

I had this problem when I was trying to get my final ETH payout as well. simply unacceptable.
been waiting for 3 months now for steem payout from eth contract, been missing around 30 eth contrct payouts and been waiting almost a mnonth no reply yet they are so worried about adding more sha 256 i think genesis is turning slowly to a scam and this pre order on hash power proves it |

Thanks! I got to investment in Ethash and have some problem in allocation of hashpower. At first the allocation selected is bitcoin so I change it to Ethereum and save it. After I refresh the page it go back again to bitcoin. I'm thinking where can I change it because it seems to be in default. What will I do to make my hash to ethereum?
You have to put bitcoin down to 0%, then Ethereum to 100% and first look before you save it. It doesn't always go right the first time, you have to try several times. |

I do have several accounts; also a few tickets open since 8 weeks, but I even have one ticket open for 8 months (!)... Althought most payments went through, there are still missing payments. And yes, even payments from February (!). |

I'm really surprised to see such calculations from a Legendary person. I believe you just misleading newbies, because you should be well aware that the statement buying a contract you thing the bitcoin price will rise the same or more as the bitcoin mining difficulty.
is wrong. If you make such assumption, it may happen (and likely will) that holding bitcoin would be more profitable than mining it. |
