Is anyone else not receiving their Monero payouts. I have accumulated over 0.6 but they stopped paying since 25th October. I have contacted their customer support but you know how that goes, it can be a long wait.

I still have missing payments from august too frustrating. And they are just saying that they are inspecting and they will pay but it had been 3 months.

Besides their payment page is really awful and in 2 months i can't go back and see the missing payments page.

I'm not happy about the service i'm getting from them.

Sometimes they are delaying the payments and kept sending all of them at a time due to because they want to cut the transaction fee it seems. I think if you don't get any coin for two consecutive weeks it is better to contact their support the will provide you with an answer.

I sent ~3500 worth in BTC to Genesis Mining in 2 payments for the same order and the BTC diasppeared and order cancelled, the ticket is never answered.

I have screenshots, for later if the issue will not be fixed.

I feel like multimillion company could not manage payments? It's so simple.  How would they manage everything else?

Please keep in mind that there are huge delays on the Bitcoin network so transactions can take much longer to be confirmed then usual. Unfortunate, but not uncommon nowadays. You can check the status of your payment on the network through it's transaction id. Tickets will be answered and if the payment has been confirmed then your order will be approved. This is all done manually, so if you see your transaction is confirmed but your order is not yet approved, then please update your ticket to help speed up the process.

In addition to this, due to this network congestion and resulting excessive transaction fees we've withheld the last payout. Those payments should be resumed today.

Bad and good news coming from Genesis Mining camp:

In the near future owners of BTC open ended contracts will have an option to switch their hashpower between BCH and BTC according to @mkrohn5 who in one of main heads in Genesis Mining.

People who are complaining about daily payouts are not aware of bitcoin's potential. BTC will be $1 million and more in 5-10 years. If your hashpower is not enough because of increasing difficulty you need to invest, no need to be cheap.

Also they miss payouts very often in general. Finally they are behind the schedule.

Actually one more thing, no IT customer service...

As mentioned: no customer service at all.

Tickets from February not solved; payments for hundreds of dollar worth (at that time!) not paid; wallet locked so payment to wrong wallets with high transaction fees to solve this (why is it so difficult just to correct all this?)

ROI (at the current giant course) = -20%
This means that you will not only return invested funds, but lose 20% (in case of BTC mining on the ETH contract) and 30% (in case of ETH mining on the ETH contract).
In fact, you lend money to these crooks for two years and at the same time give them 20% of that money.
At least I thought so the first week, when I looked at the figures that appear on the account.

I bring to your attention that the administration of this HYIP forum in collusion with www.genesis-mining.com staff.
When I reported there that on two-year contracts people will lose 20% of the investment and maybe will not be able to repay all 100% at all, by citing examples with screenshots of jnnnelf with figures and calculations, I was only insulted by the topic moderator.
I complained to the administrator of the forum, in return received a ban.

You really must understand what you are using before posting something like that.

My pending balances are only for 30+2 days if you paid with credit card(for security reasons you will get your first payout after 30+2 days if minimum payout threshold is reached).

More pending balances are not possible to check except payout section by adding it yourself.

To get payout you must reach minimum payout threshold for your currency of choice. You can find it FAQ.


Moreover you cannot mine BTC with ETH contract. With this contract you can mine only ETH and ETC.
ETH contracts are not good choice because coin will switch into POS from POW.

In your allocation section you have BTC(AUTO) which is only choice to get your payouts in BTC but you don't mine it.
Difference in how high is your payout is defined by price and difficulty level.

If you want to mine BTC  with Genesis Mining you must have BTC contract which are sold out.


If you buy small amounts you pay more per unit.
Example: if you buy at least 25TH/s BTC contract you pay 159 Usd per TH/s. If you buy less 169 usd and small amounts are 179 usd per TH/s
This example shows that if you buy less you will ROI longer.


You said that you will ROI faster when mining BTC with ETH contract.
Your payouts are same value because you mine ETH not BTC but price went up so BTC on your wallet was worth more.
