I bought 1.5 t/h of BTC mining the other week when they were released.  The first 3 days after I bought I got like 5000 satoshis per day in my mining payout list.

Since then i haven't received anything at all?

I also have 5mh of Eth Mining which pays me out daily at 0.0008 per day.

What's the deal with the BTC mining??

I am with GM over 18 months with well over 100 TH/s.
BTC mining is currently doing great but with such small investments you will need to wait until you reach minimum payout threshold which is 0,002 BTC(200k Satoshi).


Sometime payouts are not visible as they should but they arrive to the wallet which s most important.


Moreover recently contracts were on pre order and they should start mining 28th of February or 15th of March.
You can find that info in your "My Orders" section at the bottom of the page.

Yes they sold out everything else but soon they will launch something.
I think it might be LTC, Dash and BCH mining allocation on BTC contracts.

From the other hand I must admit that 99% of my payouts met my wallet and they like each other a lot ;-)

In general it is so much better that any kind of fiat ivestment...
Nothing is perfect and keep this in mind.

Most of the time people spare their time to say bad things and experience but the most forget about gratitude which is so important.
I think that over 1 mln customers are answering that question.

Update: 2nd day in the row without payout...

I was told by customer service that IT made payouts and I really want to believe in it but:
1: They are not visible in payout section of Genesis Mining account(this happened before but this time in it is not only missing entry but the actual payment).
2: Nothing is on the way to my wallet as well so it is NOT in mempool. ---->>>> Correct me if I am wrong.
My wallet shows straight away incoming transation even when there is 0 confirmations. Still nothing is incoming since 07th of December...

Also I was told "this time it's not our fault".

Just wonder do I don't understand something over here? Maybe I was just misinformed with premeditation?


All this together is really challenging my trust so I would be very happy to hear official announcement from Genesis Mining.

BTW backlog shrinked since yesterday from over 220 000 uconfirmed transactions to 130 000 so it should be much better but it is not at all.

In this case you may be wrong. There is not "a" mempool, there are several mempools. Ofcourse they are broadcasting transactions to the network and ideally they will be the almost the same, but it's not always the case. Also, looking thru some different sites you can see different info available, but even then it's not always completely the info in their mempool.

One of the reasons: some mempools are not big enough to hold all transactions, so both older transactions and/or transactions with low fees are automatically deleted.

If you look at blockchain.info live.blockcypher.com and chain.so (three examples) you can get quite different results. For example: Hashflare uses block.io for their payments, they can be seen by chain.so but often you can't see them at blockchain.info - only after confirmation. But even then: when you enter the txid on chain.so you can see the transaction, but entering your walletaddress doesn't show the transaction yet (because Hashflare makes single payments, but continues to do so when it's not confirmed. So a payment from Hashflare can have great-great-great-great-great-great(and that far over 50 times)-parents which are still unconfirmed, and only 25 max can be confirmed in one block at a time. Just an example, because GM has another way to send the payment (as many as possible in one txid) - but I guess you understand the idea.

Still it shouldn't affect LTC and Dash...
Maybe their software is limited and put on hold all payouts because it was the same last time when backlog grew significantly.

Guys Relax, I know Genesis Mining will Pay our mining income. I do not worry if is on a hold for a view day. Maybe they are upgrading or there is a security issue they want to look in deeper before they do payouts. Give them some air to breathe
