I guess GM is on holidays. No news, updates, announcements....  Yes, perhaps, I think even the conference in Tel Aviv got postponed as well. |

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Update to my complaint:
It took several days. But overall, kudos to Genesis Mining. After my mistake buying a contract, and their mistake setting their pricing from order page to invoice page, I have been refunded both the overpayment amount and the mistake payment.
The delay did see the BTC/USD ratio drop from 619 to 577, so they kinda got a discount on my refund, but they did refund the .286 I sent in error.
Two cheers for GM!

Interview with Marco Streng, CEO of Geneis Mining. Watch here or alternatively here. Yes very interesting. Great interview and lots of positives about darkcoin. Just one thing though and that made me quite sad and annoyed. Vaisajne, I saw your comment on the youtube video link, and you have basically taken my text from a post I made on these forums, copied it and then just changed a few words, mainly changing my promo code to yours. I do not like that very much. Sorry I have to bring it up here, but it really, was not a nice thing to do. I am all for people having referral codes, but to take some text which I took the time to write and do some research on, on the GM website, for you to just take and then edit for your own possible financial gain is not very sporting! In the interview, Marco spoke about introducing new contracts based on X11 and also mentioned more about Darkcoin. So that is probably some of the things they have coming up. |

We want to deliver a 100% working product, which is not possible right now. We decided to postpone the introduction of the new features by at least a week to have a completely working product to offer.

As it has been mentioned, Monero has won the coinpoll and will be added! We currently modify our systems for they work properly with the different RPC of Monero.

Thanks for the post, it is a shame for all of you at GM, that you have problems getting it released, but that is software and that is how it is. I am just glad you are taking the extra time to make sure it is as stable as possible, for your customers and also to save yourselves having further problems down the line. I look forward to seeing the new interface. Ian |

GM Team,
Is there any particular reason why you have kept the promo code field case sensitive ? If I enter the promo code as UMANO_17 it says its valid whereas umano_17 is not valid. I think it should not be case sensitive.
