That's a great question. The biggest factor is not enough people know about the coin the marketing isn't very good. There aren't the funds to propley promote the coin. Vericoin is a better faster more secure money transmitter then Bitcoin. While Bitcoin confirmations at times takes hours vericoin is seconds. Until the word gets out about the greatness of this coin and the greatness of the developers it's going to keep on at these prices. |

This dev team has had no funding since the start and look what they have done with ZERO funding, now imagine what they could do with an actual development budget....sky's the limit. Remember Litecoin had a billion dollar marketcap at one time as well, Ethereum is a bigger hype machine. Until Crypto becomes mainstream then we can say it isn't hype. Ethereum has a budget, a very large budget for development and marketing. Vericoin has none of this until now with the ICO, everything done with Vericoin has been done with no funding. That's see what we can do with some real funding  |
