I sent this PM to Krptologist

I lost over 3,000 VRC when all the wallet sinking and such went on.
So If u R putting a list together  add me

I generated an address so I'll know where they came from:

VF37BGv4fptpE5z4vRPc9Hd2ERge5nEfwr

Many including Prosker tried to help me on IRC but to no avail.

I'm a smaller operation and a loss like that represents a great deal of my efforts and resources

Thanks for getting this together and keep in touch
oR let me know if I can Help

I'm sorry man, we will never get those coins. It was forked. It's the risk you take playing this game. Would've paid off big. You made the right choice picking a coin like this one but didn't work out this time.

Now i joined VRC and bought 50k Cheesy

This coin has real potential but i think there are some things to consider improving, like the logo of the coin and perhaps freshen up the website?
It`s all about first impression. Ok, you got me hooked but for starters, i got quite skeptic when i saw the coin and the website didn`t make it better. BUT! I started reading about the project and i really like the idea of this coin.

So, no hard feelings but i think the face of your coin, your logo design and website needs to improve. Anything that is planned?
Maybe a bounty on remake of the current logo, i know  there are really good designers on this forum. A guy who really impressed is the winning designer of ERC EuropeCoin. See here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=594797.40
There were some good ones from another designer too https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=594797.100

Frankly, I really like the logo. It's simple. The V is for Vericoin and it cleanly integrates the % representative of the variable interest. Think V% or variable percentage.

There were a total of 26,751,452.35805094 VeriCoin mined during the proof-of-work phase. Congrats to the owners and miners. It's going to be smooth sailing from here on out in terms of the blockchain. Stay tuned for the next announcement. It'll blow you away.

Hello community! I just wanted to see if we can send out some tweets to Mintpal. Hopefully they can recognize us. LibertyCoin was just added to Mintpal despite not having the number one position.

I know its business. I'm not hating on LibertyCoin at all. I'm just saying that hopefully the same can happen with VeriCoin. I was thinking if a group of us can tweet to them so Mintpal can look into VeriCoin and add us.

This coin is a great success, after going through all the difficulties, we need to thank our developers, pool operators, especially testbug, and all miners, traders.

We have a volume of 200 btc now, keep good work, and hopefully we can hit a big exchange soon Smiley

Total is 26,751,452.35 VRC at end of PoW. No lost coins on main chain, just lost duplicate coins on forks.

My client won't connect to anything. Haven't had this issue with any other wallet. What do i do!?

Blah, it turns out when I quit and re start it i get an exception error. vericoin/txleveldb/manifest-000002 the handle is invalid...

Edit: Finally connected, will see if errors persist after chain is fully loaded.
Edit2: Far too many issues with the wallet for my tastes. All other wallets i've had work fine, this one errors everytime on startup. I'm out

can you compensate atleast? for letting those pool run, we just lost time and electricity and we need to catch up to cover up our electricity mining cost.

If you track down the others who mined and lost coin and get a list of everyone I'll send you a few VRC cause I'm a nice guy and I bought in cheap.

if you can send me some here's my address VSm91gAS1cdcToxrYfKMWatCgE2ZNAWEsy
i need to cover up my electricity bill expense. much appreciated mate.

OSX wallet works fine here. Another updated version has been compiled. http://pcmerc.com/files/VeriCoin-Qt.dmg

Make sure wallet is closed before making changes.

vericoin.conf:
irc=0
addnode=supernode.vericoin.info
addnode=supernode2.vericoin.info
addnode=supernode3.vericoin.info

Make a backup of your wallet.dat:
cp wallet.dat wallet.dat.last00

Delete everything in ~/Library/Appplication\ Support/Vericoin/ EXCEPT WALLET.DAT & VERICOIN.CONF

This worked for me & is currently sycning.

"Mac wallet is broke" tells me nothing. Provide more information, logically.
