superblock works like this:
you get a normal block 1029 1st, then if it is a superblock, you get another supplement of 413112
so 413112+1029 = 414141 Same as daily super block... same for 19230 daily super block this is the same reward you get, only that we at that time can;'t determine if the hash is a winning hash (you need to calculate the payout before the hash can be computed) So next block, we check again the previous hash, if it is a superblock, we give the supplement to the same who found the last block that's how this true random work, so you can't cheat.
the superblock always depends on the normal payout 414141/1029 and 19230/1029 times the normal payout, so when the normal payout decreases, the superblocks will too. They decrease at golden ratio.
