Hey eX, how do I connect to your pool? Do I need to pm my ip address to you?
Sending PM..

hey ex any chance we can grab your update 11ch pool code? Because id like to pay out more for 11ch on my pool thanks

Is it working normal i mean is it paying out normally like the old code was for the work the miners are putting in? since diff 10.955 its been so hard lol

The pool is slightly slower for the pass 24 hours. That's why I want to try eX's pool out.

is it possible to let this miner support ypool or gpool?

Maybe you know me from my other thread where i launched a new XPM pool + GPU miner:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=598542.0

If yes, you also know that it failed because of DOS attacks and other general server problems.

I've now decided to go open source, with the pool server and the GPU miner.
Now everyone with the expertise can create an XPM pool and also create new miners that work with the same protocol.
Also anyone with basic bitcoin code knowledge can make a solo-miner out of it.

The pool server code is located at: https://github.com/madMAx43v3r/xpmpool
And the GPU miner code is at: https://github.com/madMAx43v3r/xpmclient

Please use this thread to discuss and/or ask questions about the code.

If you like my work you can donate XPM to:

I switched my rigs to X11 last night. SYNC was generating mad profits.
I will wait for eX to release his improved 11-chain miner and then give it a try again.

Yes, SYNC: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=607919
The introduction peak is already over but last night it was fantastic. I rented my rigs at 0.0144 BTC per GPU(280X) per day Smiley
Now prices have dropped a bit but still I get 0.007 per GPU(280X) per day, which is still great.
So today you will probably not see me on eX his pool.

You have to modify the miner with the following: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=602292.200 . After that, compile and it should run fine.

Yes, with about 10 minutes of work to clone and add Datacoin support to the Pool Server:

Can someone point me towards the windows binary version of this miner for solo? the only miner i can find is for a pool that is now shutdown?

You have to modify the miner with the following: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=602292.200 . After that, compile and it should run fine.

Can this solo version mine other altcoin cloned from XPM ?

Which altcoin is cloned from XPM?
datacoin for example

Yes, with about 10 minutes of work to clone and add Datacoin support to the Pool Server:

is datacoin profitable?

No, I stopped GPU mining DTC about six months ago. For me, Primecoin mining has always been more profitable.

I will release the instructions after I optimize the sieve code to target chain lengths of 9. A single R9 280X GPU should be able to find 50+ blocks/day at the current difficulty - currently achieving about 25 blocks/day. I will not have time until this coming weekend to look at the sieving code - I am new to AMD GPU (OpenCL) programing so it might take me longer than a few minutes to optimize the OpenCL code..
