i think dev should not change the rule frequently
 if want to clear the clone accounts you also can use another way.

address is in my signature, putting the id number in on the website.

I had just put the smurf addy (no bitcointalk link) so I put it in with the link exactly how it was written on the frontpage. gonna try again  


::edit:: it did not work right away, I had to make it the FIRST thing in my address then it worked fine     huzzah

so for anyone else having this issue make sure to copy/paste the bitcointalk link before your address and make it the first thing in the signature
