There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Nevermind that the symbol is a caduceus and not the rod of asclepius. Though in this case I guess the caduceus is a correct symbol since it represents trade...and people generally recognize it as the symbol of medicine now anyway since it's been misused for so long.

Patience, the coin is still only on small exchanges, it isn't even on coinmarketcap.com yet, it's only just launched and there's been no marketing yet.  It's doing great so far.  For such a young coin there are relatively large trades going on already, it's future looks very bright.

Due to high demand, I have enabled payouts to run once every minute  Wink Open your wallet you might have a present waiting. Manual payout should be working every minute now.

The SHA256 mining is better left to the ASICs. You are better off folding with your GPU.

Curecoin is not the same as previous coins.

You need 1 cpu thread per gpu.

What are you trying to do exactly?

GPUs are meant to fold not mine for Curecoin. You shouldn't be using Cudaminer at all but the f@h client.

You are most likely being bottlenecked by your CPU. You should have a core free for each GPU + one extra core...so a six core would be best. If it's a sempron in an AM3+ socket you could probably upgrade to an FX-6300 for not too much money. Check your board specs. Make sure you are not folding with your CPU since you will need all of it's resources available. What does the log show? Make sure 'On Idle' is not checked and give it a few minutes to start up.

Some things Curecoin needs:

1.  Mac wallet
2.  Visually appealing Curecoin website - I think pink is a good colour to use for this as pink is the colour used in cancer fundraising campaigns, they have a "wear it pink" campaign.  Also purple and burgundy.   It's important it isn't too 'business like' and is clearly linked to cancer research and has a friendly, bubbly, not so 'formal' or 'technical/complicated' appearance, but it still needs to look modern and cool.
3.  Press release - including details of Curecoins amazing achievements as a folding team.
4.  New coin image (imo).  The current one is ok for an alpha project but it just does not inspire.  Compare it to Darkcoins coin image which looks awesome.  We need something cutting edge like that, but more cuddly.

Can these be covered by the Dev fund?

I have a 5x7950, however, only 3 of them are working, the others 2 are working rather slow. Is it because of my CPU core that cannot handle the 5 GPUs?
