There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Blocks are not loading on my NFD client. How to "reload" blocks in my client? Thanks.

Did you set a hallmark? initial startup only works without hallmark. That's a known issue.
After blockchain download you can set again hallmark.

your coins were held back because of duplicate hash issue.
You have to make a new really secure secret, at least 35 random characters, calculate the hash and send hash and account id  to me.

I will check your hash and calculate account Id. If both matches and your hash has no other issues like to weak secret  or anyone else ever used this hash, I will send  you your coins.

I'm currently at work (my other fulltime job Smiley ).  Sending of held back coins is delayed until 06:00 pm utc.

I wrote anon136 a message that NFD has been launched and he shouldn't refund anymore.

Got my coins. Thanks! Let's build a great community and node network. Everyone at least has 1.5 million coins. That is a good start. There are endless opportunities for a 2nd gen coins like NFD. Let's make the bounty funds bigger and think about the direction for NFD.

Please start writing down ideas, possible projects, how to contribute ...
We already have some good ideas but a big community will have many more!

We need  more developers who build services around NFD ecosystem!

I was thinking that we could try the Parallel Blockchain. I know in Nxt community, CIYAM had an idea to implement the PB. However, CIYAM's PB idea was not in line with the specifications of CfB. I wonder if we can take a look at CIYAM's idea and invite him to NFD to develop the PB if it is a good idea. It seems Crypti is working on a PB project (the Crypti guy seems working on a Nxt related project before - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=636676.200)

I heard about parallel Blockchain, working with CIYAM (and other NXTers) sounds interesting.
