Yes, NFD is one of the candidates Ciyam is considering if Nxt is not using AT. But AT needs to be put on the testnet to test first. They are working on the testnet right now.

NFD with fair IPO is best candidate.

As a reference, NFD's market cap should be comparable to NAS's since they are similar. NAScoins have 10B in circulation and NFDcoins only have 5B in circulation. In a normal situation, NFD's price should land some place of 2 times of NAS's price.

NXT testnet. They have thought to outsourcing this tests to other coins, based on NXT like NFD. But they want to test it first, for themselve. And if the tests looks nice, secure and all, our dev's could implement it. But at this stage, there is a great unknown security question and so on.

HOLD and buy 

NFD is very undervalued!

Besides the fact that NFD in contrast to the other NXT forks already has a history, and was distributed very well,
the value from other NXT forks with the twice numer of coins is about about 10 sat

The real value of NFD would be AT LEAST around 20 - 25 sat
