I want to buy BTC in low rate maybe 2% so that i can cover my fees. i have skrill.
as im new to this forum, i would like to do Escrow with someone reputed and famous here.

Someone can have a thousand good deals but if they scam once they're a scammer forever. @OP - use a middleman if you can, a trusted once. Scammers love to pick on new members. |
