07.04.2014 - New Source released to address an issue with daylight savings and a known issue with KGW

09.04.2014 - New Mac & Windows Wallet binaries released. This is a MANDATORY UPDATE

11.05.2014 - New Source & Mac & Windows Wallet binaries released. This is NOT a mandatory update but adds walletnotify functionality, corrects the version number and adds new Icons

1. Coin(O) Marketing Tag Line. - OPEN
    Come up with a simple, snappy marketing one liner for Coin(O) that will help identify Coin(O) to the masses.

    Once you have your tag line, email it to "community [at] coinocoin [dot] com" where we will compile a list of submissions.
    The winning submission will be selected by the Coin(O) Community Team at the end of May 2014 when we will publish the winning entry here along with the handle of the submitter.

    As we are currently a 'poor community' the winner will receive the admiration of the Coin(O) community plus a small bounty of 500 Coin(O).

I am unsure of the rules on bitcointalk regarding announcing Bounties and Competitions in threads at the moment, so it may be required that we move this section else where.

This logo was picked by the community team to give Coin(O) a new Community Image distinct from the original.

This does NOT mean that this will be the final logo and at some point we will have a proper set of logo's designed and voted on before use.

We are working on a public block explorer at the moment. It will be available from the web site and from the Web Wallet.

The 2 changes have been made and I have already contacted Poloniex regarding the CON trading symbol, we will see if they will change it for us

As for the Mac Wallet, I am not sure why it is not working for you as this is the wallet I use on Maverics (it is 64bit only). I will download it again and check it out on a new Mac VM to be sure, if there is an issue I will fix it and upload a new version to the coinocoin.com web site.


EDIT :

After creating a new Mac OSX 10.9 VM I can confirm the Mac Wallet does not work. This is a packaging error by myself and I will fix this and upload a new version later. It works on my other VM as I already had some libraries referenced by the packaging present.

The Web Wallet now has your balance auto updated across all devices. So if you pay in or out or play the Coin(O)Slot on one device, all other devices will automatically have the balance updated as well.

We are now working on a new Mac Wallet download as the current one is broken and the Web Wallet transaction pages.

Hello everyone,
Recently I have been really getting into coinO and would like to make a physical coinO coin (like cascasicus, but on a smaller budget). The coins would be the coinO logo with the amount in the middle of the O. The back would have a raised area with the private code, the private code would have a scratch-off hologram on it. The coins would be made of aluminum or gold coulored copper. actually if interest was great enough they can be made of sterling silver or even gold!

Just an advice, as you have already launched wallet with great features, the promotion and awareness about should also start as soon as possible because in the market there are so many people who are just ready to copy paste new things and market as their own. But it's not that easy.

There are many coin dev's out there who can't even code a coin, let alone build a scalable gaming platform
If building gaming platforms was easy companies wouldn't be charging $10,000 a pop

It would also be pretty easy to prove that we had the first At the end of the day, others just copying will never be innovative.

We do intent to start promoting the Coin(O) Web Wallet after the next update which will make things a lot easier for non-crypto users to get into it.
