Bah, I've only just seen this now, at 15:13 on Saturday 7th June haha.

Judging by your username I take that you're Ruthie of Feathercoin fame? Cheesy

Hey Cryptopher Smiley Yes, that be me Smiley

Didn't you join the feathercoin forum, the name rings a bell?

You should've come down to meet us, it was a good day Smiley

Howdy Ruthie Smiley That's right, I only made a few posts there but I recall you commending me on my name ^_^

Glad that you had a great day - I'll have to pay more attention to this board and Facebook for future meets.

Yep, still loving the name btw Smiley Smiley

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Yeah, one of them main topics of discussion was this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=641943.0 - featherPay feathercoin's own Point Of Sale payment processor.

We talked about charity fund raising events too and how to make an impact towards a more global charity organisation.

Ah that's a nice device - has the Oxford Blue been trialling this device?

I think that it would be great if exchanges were to promote the trading of Feathercoin through fiat markets. Far too long has Feathercoin's value been so dependent on the Bitcoin market.

Sounds like it was a fruitful meet up. Where is next up on the Crypto Group roadshow? Smiley

Smashing - I guess it makes sense for what seems to be the flagship Feathercoin-supporting establishment to trial such a breakthrough device Smiley

Awesome! I'll keep my ear to the ground, but do drop me a mail just in case!  Grin I might drive down to the Oxford Blue sometime, would be a nice summer road trip hehe.

I'm normally quite good at remembering to email people but I don't want to promise you incase I forget and I don't want to break my promise.

We are holding monthly meet ups, we were holding them last Saturday monthly, the next one will probably be Oxford July 19th, once I confirm with team members and Chris at The Oxford Blue I will post up on here Smiley
