Guys i need your help, i am looking to start my mining operation.
I have never done it before, but please can you guys help me Smiley

I am looking to invest 2-3btc on mining, i dont expect MASSIVE profits overnight, but some profits would be cool!

Any experienced guys out there can help me with the setup etc:) thankx!

Have you bothered to read any of the other threads in this sub-forum? Have you used a calculator?  With the possible of exception of those who bought S3s right at the very start, every miner is pretty much guaranteed to lose. You will spend 3 BTC and earn back 2-2.5BTC.

If you want to know why the difficulty is going up, it's because the people who sell you miners are making their own farms for 1/4th the price they sell a miner for.

okay first question is what is your power cost?


Next question is longer.

 3 btc gets you close to 4 antminer s-3's  .

  they will hash at 1.8 - 2.0 th

your watts use would be 1450 to 2000 watts.  can you supply this much power?

you can rent my miner and you get 1TH/s mining speed with 3 BTC, you never think to pay electric cost if rent miner.  Smiley
