It's fair in that everyone has the same chance of registering for a stake. The OP will be updated later this week with the exact date it opens, and it's likely to take at least a week before all stakes are gone.
It's not a ninja launch where the ANN thread is posted hours before PoW mining starts and lasts 3 days!
It's not a paid IPO scam and delivery nothing!
It's free and this pre-ann gives ample time for anyone interested.
