I am looking to get someone on hand who can do math.objects for me for p2pool setups for me.

I will pay this person a small fee for each one I need that they give me which is working.

Not sure what coins you're looking to add, but there's a github repository by rav3n that has a ton of coins already in it: https://github.com/Rav3nPL/p2pool-rav.git

I am looking to add a few thats not in it unfortunately.

Looking for someone that can add coins to this as and when I want them to be added,  the git has the basics but not some of the newer coins and IPOs I may want to solo mine.

Alternatively is someone knows a better way to solo mine with 3TH Sha let me know.

No suggestions of point miner at wallet RDP please !

Point it to the wallet Grin

If I understand correctly, you're looking to find a way to solo mine some alt coins by setting up a p2pool node for it?  Couldn't you just use a stratum proxy and point your miners to it, and have the proxy talking to your wallet?

Nope.

The stratum proxy will request work from the waller to fast and the miners the same from the proxy... by proxy.

p2pool solo mining has been the only way I have found of solo mining with S2s
.
