In addition to the CNY and the USD, can you support the Euro or more international popular currency?
If it can open a SEPA account.... I hope to you can support more currency trading, like EUR, GBP, JPY, AUD, CAD and more, as a global bitcoin exchange

Currently we support USD deposit via bank wire, Ripple, and EgoPay.
Since you start partnership with EgoPay, almost always unable to deposit from it. Recently you extended promotion from 31/7 to 31/8 but meaningless as it is impossible to transfer from EgoPay for more than 2 weeks.

Recently you extended promotion from 31/7 to 31/8 but meaningless as it is impossible to transfer from EgoPay for more than 2 weeks. Our demand is so strong and the volume went way beyond EgoPay's capabilities. They replenished the reserve several times but it ran out in literally minutes. EgoPay is working on a long term solution and hopefully it will resolve the issue. They will also extend the 1.5% rate for several months. We apologize for the inconvenience. PS. USD deposits via bank wire and Ripple network are also supported.

Do you guys actually support EgoPay here or Payza payments or poss the use of SolidTrustPay ?
Also I see you need ID documents. I though the whole point to crypto and stuff like Ego is being private and anonymous and to not have to uplaod documents. I want to be able to depoist with any of the above and trade and cashout via BTC not FIAT

Thank you for your inquiries. We support USD deposits via EgoPay. However, our volume is so high that EgoPay needs more time to catch up. So if the "submit" button is disabled, users will have to wait and come back later. They are working on this issue and did not give us an ETA yet. Yes our AML/KYC policies need to verify ID documents before any withdrawal is approved. You are absolutely right. But we also support bank wires, and staying compliant can best protect all users' assets. We may add tiered verification in the future. Should you have any further questions, pls just contact us.

It seems to need ID documents verified only when international wire transfers.

It seems to need ID documents verified only when international wire transfers. Yes we relaxed the verification requirements for users who do not touch real FIAT currencies. Now no documents needed if you limit your activities to BTC, USD.LakeBTC, and EgoPay USD.
