You never posted or messaged a bitcoin address from that account (One that you still have access to)? I think that's all you need.

To simplify the above, if you still have access to a BTC address that you have previously used in the forums, then you're all good.

To ban ----> I guess all global moderators are able to do that but to un-ban (or to restore from a hack) you need to contact admin (theymos). but he is quite busy and it isn't easy to get him to read your message -actually doing something take allot more effort too-
