I couldn't find a link to Satoshis technical paper on the new website design. It was already kind of hidden, but losing it entirely is a mistake IMHO. Satoshis paper is the only serious explanation of how BitCoin actually works (the wiki really isn't as good).

Could a link to his paper be restored to the front page?

I for one was almost scared away from bitcoin at the simplicity of the bitcoin paper. Quite a quick read for such a world changing thing.

Yes, please put a link to the whitepaper prominently on the front page. I did not take Bitcoin seriously until I stumbled upon the paper.
