You can start right now, but you will not get paid till August the 16th.
Hence , it is best if you join on 15th of July.
HeroC isn't in any sig program now. If he joins the Cloudbet program now, the post made in the next 2 weeks will be counted and paid as well. So in that case he should be better off joining it now...
No he is not going to pay after 2 weeks OP already announces on many posts if any one going to join after 16 then he will be paid on 16 August not on 16 July
What I really meant is, the posts he makes from July 2 to July 15 will still get counted alongside with the posts made from July 16 to Aug 15, and he will get paid on Aug 15. So, the posts will be counted and paid (just a bit later, on Aug 15)
Therefore, he won't lose anything joining the program now, but will get a larger payment on Aug 15 (if he makes some posts in the coming 2 weeks).
