An S1 generates about 0.01 BTC a day, that's about $4.50/day. Crucially, every 11-12 day, difficulty factor jumps about about 15%-20% thus reducing your profit. In short, there is NO profit anymore in mining unfortunately. Best thing is to buy BTC directly and hold for a year or two.

Don't buy Antminers with the currently difficulty It's just headache and no profit. And good thing that you ask before doing anything, this prevents from big mistakes, buy bitcoins and enjoy profit after several months
