I sent 27 civilization coins to my wallet and they never arrived. They disappeared from my balance. I want my coins

I have 2 Debit_AP transactions on the pool http://civ.cryptopool.eu which look to have been paid to me but did not receive anything in the wallet yet after several minutes.  The confirmed balanced in the GUI was reduced accordingly.
I thought mined blocks took many more confirms over 10 a standard transaction has. In the transaction section it has N/A for block.

Can you send over a wallet address and i will check that for you?

seems that it will be 240 confirms for this coin :S, we have to wait and see what dev say about this.

So you still have the coins in the exchange wallet in that case, correct? or will be in the wallet after 240 confirms I should say. Just need to modify the Pool frontend for this I would assume.

No the coin have a mature of 250 checks, so after that they will be confirmed blocks in the network. Not a single pool will have any payout working right now.

Well, I can assure you we are not scammers... We are running pools for most coins and we have a perfect track record of always seeing to it that all miners get their confirmed coins.

You haven't even bothered to contact us with a question, instead you start screaming "scam" in the thread.

As we have already stated in the thread we had some issues with a misconfiguration which led to the pool interface showing coins confirmed way ahead of their actual confirmation.

This has lead to a queue of coins awaiting pay out since the wallet not yet has all these coins confirmed. We are working on this issue and you will get your coins once they are actually confirmed in our wallet and the balance catches up with the incorrect confirmation in the pool interface.

We advise anyone not receiving their coins to send us a PM with their details (user name, e-mail address and wallet address) and we will manually work to solve those still having problems. Please be advised that confirmation time for the coins is well over four hours right now, so please give it at least this time before dropping us the PM.

Yes, thecryptopool.com is working properly and paying out, it's a different type of pool than the regular MPOS pools (it's an anonymous one).

-Miners use their wallet address as the username, there's no logging in.
-blocks found are always shown in the "Tab Stats" link on the top of the screen
-Blocks will appear as pending while they're confirmed by the network, this depends on the coin as ever single coin acts in a different manner.
-As soon as a block is confirmed, it will be paid out to the miners automatically using PROP payments.

Do not worry, 8 blocks have been already confirmed and paid out.

EDIT: cryptopool.eu is handled another group, we have similar names but are completely separate. What we know is that they are a professional and well supported pool, we have no link with them but know they are trustworthy.
We're working on setting up an IRC channel for support requests, this will be announced on our website as well as on a btt thread.
