Hello, BTCBubble is the very first bubble game launched for bitcoin. I added 9 btc to the jackpot to kickstart it off. Everything is instant. How does a bubble game work?Simple, you buy any number of bubbles, then you wait. Eventually when people buy after you they will push your bubbles out and you will receive back what you paid per bubble + 50%. If you are the last person who has bought bubbles when timer reaches zero you will win the jackpot. This encourage spending (the jackpot timer will reset on each spend). If you like it, you may add a banner to your signature (and even include your own referral link). Timer is set to 10 hours. Profit 150%. Learn more by reading the faq. Have fun EDIT july 2011:We're closed due to trouble with mybitcoin.com, everyone has been refunded and payments has been sent. Will we open again? Maybe, but I would need to recreate the payment system to use bitcoin client in addition to mybitcoin since mybitcoin is not stable enough. At the moment I have decided to prioritize other projects. Thank you all for participating!

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Very neat! I like the twist on the lottery from other existing systems.
EDIT: The advertisement functionality appears not to work. I tried to use my Bitcoin Darts affiliate address and the title "Bitcoin Darts". My ID is "QrwGD" and there is no advertisement.

Hi, glad you like it! It's not broken, it's just that you have been bursted. Check your mybitcoin/bitcoin wallet, you should have received your money back with profit Just to make it clear: When your advertisement is bursted out you will receive 150% of your purchase money back. In your case, 0.04 btc * 150% = 0.06 . At this point your advertisement will also be removed since it is now bursted. In the future I will probably add the possibility to view bursted ads as well.

I wonder... if my transaction hadn't been confirmed, would it have waited to display the advertisement? EDIT: Heh, figured it out. You might want to rename your "advertisement" column... I'm not sure how, but AdBlock was blocking it in both Chrome 11 beta, and Firefox 4.

No, nothing will be added to the bubble before payment has been received. Once payment is received your advertisement will instantly be added to the bubble with no waiting. What is considered received depends on mybitcoins definition. It seems that they approves payments instantly without confirmation even for bitcoin (at least small amounts).

Because of how quickly this is moving, you may want to think about shortening the time until jackpot (it's currently 10 hours, but I haven't seen it go lower than 9 hours, 56 minutes.)

I changed the class from "advertisement" to something else, please let me know if AdBlock still blocks it. you may want to think about shortening the time until jackpot (it's currently 10 hours, but I haven't seen it go lower than 9 hours, 56 minutes.) Maybe, I was thinking about it too, but the game seems to have calmed down now and the jackpot is currently under 6 hours. Anyways was amazing how fast it moved yesterday, jackpot even tripled to 27 btc! Great fun

How about rotating banners from advertisers at the top of the site? The more bubbles you buy, the better your odds that someone will see your banner.

In the FAQ, you outline when the timer for the jackpot changes, but you start off with "100 BTC". Do you mean to say "100 BTC and lower", or is there no change between "0 BTC - 200 BTC"?
How many days on average do you expect each game to take?

There is no change between 0 BTC - 100 BTC, as soon as we reach 100 BTC it will be changed. That said I will be making some changes next round (not this round, to be fair with whoever invested I do not change the rules in a round). The changes will be that the timer will decrease possibly on a daily basis and cost of participating will be adjusted up so that it will be more costly to do "jackpot hunting". That will help push people out and reduce the odds slightly. Right now it cost you 0.01 btc to try and win 33 bitcoins. That won't keep the game going fast enough. As for how long this round will last I have no idea, but on avarage with the new rules implemented I imagine maybe 3-4 days on avarage.

Yes, there is a way to see complete history, it's all stored in the database. I just need to make a script that does that (will do).
As for payments, I just checked the payment log and every single payment has been successfully sent out so far... Maybe you could provide some additional info, what did the advertisement say, which receive address did you enter?

I don't know which receive address, because i have some in my wallet which aren't labeled... but it was approximately #1200 or so I think. I think I paid 0.1 btc per bubble for about 10 of them.

Thanks Kozi you are right.
My mistake was accidentally using the same receiving address twice, so when I saw the 0.75 come in, I thought it was from a different source.

Just an observation...
If the minimum spend is 0.01 until the jackpot reaches 100 btc, then theoretically it could take over 250,000 hours (28.5 years) from this point until the jackpot timer is reduced, if 0.01 is spent each 10 hours.

Well, can't say I disagree with what you guys say.. Would anyone object if I raise the minimum spend to 0.10 btc and decrease the timer to 1 hour (or maybe 2-3 hours)? That would: 1. Help push out the invested btc faster. 2. Increase the jackpot. 3. Make it fun again. I think this would make it fair for those already in, since with a long timer and small spends allowed they're not getting bursted very quickly anyways. Also, I added the requested feature to view bursted bubbles.

I wouldn't complain if you changed the rules in the middle of the game because it does kind of suck right now. However I think the most fair way would be to guarantee 100% investment on all current bubbles if they don't get popped.

Nice game, id like to see a time stamp in each bubble, or maybe a calculator showing how oftent or how much is being spent.
I expected the time to go down one second per bit cent instead of resetting. Now that I see how it works maybe one bitcent raises the timer by 1 minute. Once the jackpot gets higher and you get mor traffic might want to change to 1sec per bitcent. Would be nice to see about a jackpot a day.
There was a 4 or 5 hr window last night that I could have won the lottery if the timer was lower. I think 4 hr time would be good.
On raising the cost of entry, allow small entries, that way newcomers who got something from the faucet and haven't found other ways to get btc can play. Instead low plays only get the 150%, or maybe they only get a partial jackpot.
On buying multiple bubbles, i'd like to use a different link for each one.
Another thought was something like payout 10% when the first full (not just a new page created after but a full one) page of bubbles is created after yours, pay out 10% when yours moves up one full (from top of page to bottom of next doesn't count needs to move a full page) page pay out 20% when yours reaches page 1, then pay out the remaining 110%. I think this would get people putting back into the game quicker. Course my bitcould would be required in this case for bubbles under .1 or make a selector switch fo the user.

Tried to get al my thoughts on one post, just remebered this one...
Place the most recent bubble, and the bubble that will pop next in the part of the page that has your top spender ad,and on every page. Also maybe a random popped bubbble. Or if that's too many (I think 3 or 4 is good though) banners at the top make a random rotator for topspend/nextpop/newest/popped.
This will help the bubble that's about to pop go out with a much louder (more clicthrough) pop. Help the new guy get some quick exposure, and give some exosure to your past contributors.
I do find upto 100 of he same ad somewhat poinntless when looking through the pages. Can't think of anything other than the suggestion in my previous post to allow the user to put a different ad in each bubble at the time of spend. Also kindof time consuming since I posted about 10 different links.
Nice work on the site.

I like the idea of the timer being set to maybe 3-5 hours, and being increased by perhaps 2 minutes every time an ad is bought. I don't think you would need to up the spend price this way.
The game would start with say 3 hours on the clock.
Within probably a couple hours, 500 bets would be placed. The clock would go up to 16 hours. Over time, however, people would stop buying as quickly, and the clock would go down.
Perhaps when it reaches a certain low amount (say, 30 minutes?) you could make it so the timer does NOT go up anymore, and just keeps going down. This would especially keep it flowing at the end of the game, as everyone would be trying to put a bunch of money in at the last second. Perhaps pop a few bubbles just before the jackpot is claimed.

You are correct, but it wasn't my intention to do that. Only displaying Operation fabulous in "top spender" section. Also, I added timestamp to each bubble now.

Q: What happens when timer reaches zero?
A: The person who last made a spend will instantly receive the entire jackpot. Then all spends will be cleared and the bubble game will start from scratch.
all spends meaning all un-popped bubbles? meaning you get nothing back if your bubble doesn't pop, before the timer runs out?

Yes You only receive profit if your bubble is bursted (or if you win jackpot). You are essentially buying advertising but with a chance of getting your advertising money returned (with profit) or actually winning a lot by being the last spender. It's named "bubble" since well.. all bubbles will eventually pop.

How is top spender calculated? From btc address to pay, or from btc payment sent from addy, or from individual sale?
It will sum up all the payments made where advertisement has the same receiving address. Then, depending on how much each has spent it will be giving an % chance to have it's advertisement displayed. Example: Let's say we have 5 payments in the bubble. 1. Receiving address: X9sJA - 10 btc 2. Receiving address: Os8x3 - 10 btc 3. Receiving address: X9sJA - 10 btc 4. Receiving address: IQ91J - 20 btc 5. Receiving address: Os8x3 - 20 btc Total: 70 btcX9sJA = 20/70 = 28,57% Os8x3 = 30/70 = 42,86% IQ91J = 20/70 = 28,57% As you can see, all spends will currently be counted, so even if you use different receiving addresses it doesn't really decreases your chances... The way it's done now might be changed in the future though, I'm not sure if it will be good for the load when the bubble game grows big enough.

Would like to see how much needs to be spent till the bubble bursts, instead of 1.5x the spend. I don't see a good reason to do this since you can already see the amount needed to burst next bubble in statistics. You can also calculate the amount needed for other bubbles by adding up all fees. Once the lotto is won will the bubbles go in with the bursted bubbles or a separate category. I would prefer to see them in a separate category.
Once the bubble game is restarted all bubbles in that round will be removed from "bursted bubbles". It will start completely from scratch and last round will not be visible for users. I will add option to view last rounds jackpot and who won it, and maybe if there is enough demand I will also add the possibility to view bubbles (both bursted and non bursted).

Completely automated, but looks like you guys figured it out already seeing that the jackpot is already at 14 BTC Jackpot is also supposed to be paid automatically, but it seems your jackpot money was NOT paid automatically (like it should), it tried to pay this address: "1Krbb2jqDDxvDHSFPPUBhM8S2Hz5M4PXe8"... is this correct? Yes that's the correct address, and I was also wondering if that was supposed to be automated, because as you know, I haven't received it yet. Thanks by the way!

Payment sent, Transaction ID: 36577 Maybe a few bitcent was missing in the balance, will add some more to it to make sure this won't happen again, it seems all other spends have succeeded.

One more thing... are the "Top Spender" ads supposed to be reset after each round?
I just saw an ad there for Bitlotto (sorry bitlotto!) but that's not in the current list of bubbles.

Currently no, it's by how much has been spent ALL TIME. I will have to change that eventually though, but for now thats how it is.
PS: I think the bitlotto ad is from operation fabulous, it appears for all bubbles that didn't enter url.

Ah, first BitLotto player I know about! It would be pretty crazy if you won that too! I'm guessing it will be about 120 BTC. I just hope someone from this forum wins!

Next time make sure to make a spend resetting the jackpot timer and saving your investment Because its a lot of adding if its not on the first page, or a lot of subtracting from what is marked as needed to burst all bubbles on the last page.
Fair enough, it's quite a bit of work to implement so unless there is a lot of demand for this I won't do it for now though. And that reminds me, the first bitlotto draw is almost upon us, hehe.

I don't say it's anonymous for nothing! Unless the players tell me, I have no idea who's playing. (or the winner either) When I announce the winner I'll put the USD value in brackets to show how valuable these Bitcoins are really getting!

I disagree... the first round had fewer participants, mostly the same ads over and over again. This round has a wider variety of ads and one-liners.

I believe some of us have just become more familiar with the intricacies of the game, as well as more conservative, thus extending the time between bubble purchases.

Yes, I just changed it. I'm still planning to make it dynamic, will just have to find the most optimal way first Been thinking maybe to make it % wise. So that if less than a certain % of jackpot money comes in within a day the jackpot timer is slightly reduced and minimum spend increased (but only AFTER a spend has been made, would not like it to be 1 hour left and then have the jackpot timer suddenly decrease with 1 hour). This may continue for several days until we reach 1 hour. Will be interesting to see how long this round will last now that we're at 5 hours again. Happy hunting

Happy hunting I like to check out other people's code, and while everything works just fine, if you put your script at the bottom of the page to work around the page not being fully loaded, there's another way to do it (using jQuery, though it's possible without as well,) like this: $(document).ready(function() { // All your code goes here }); Also, you're sending a POST request with the Ajax to the timer, and I'm not sure why as a GET request would work just fine.

I'm clueless when it comes to this game and don't get the basics even after reading the FAQ. I just spent 2BTC on 20 bubbles at 0.1 BTC each and 0.60 BTC on two bubbles at 0.30 BTC. What exactly happens now?

Now you have bubbles in the game, with whatever info you put in them, and you can find it in the big huge table. If nobody bets after you, and the timer runs out, you win the jackpot. If enough people bet after you that you're pushed off the main page, you receive double what you paid for each. If neither of these happen, and the timer runs out, you will lose your money.

I notice most of the money is paid out the first day and then the game slows down to people putting in tiny amounts to try to win the jackpot, which usually happens late at night. Will it be like this forever? I'm kicking myself for not staying up and watching it like Doood, I think he was the only one when this started.
Doood is a gambling man. The 50 bitcoin jackpot went of 8x since the beginning of april when I bought my bitcoins. From $50 to $400. I wish I gotten luckier over this bitcoin thing like the doood, I could of made a lot of money by just buying a lot of them, all i've been doing lately is overpaying with these coins.

Will it be like this forever? I'm kicking myself for not staying up and watching it like Doood, I think he was the only one when this started. The way I see it, people all around the world can play. So what's night for you might be in the middle of the day for somebody else. In fact, I was watching the jackpot timer reach 0 the day it happend, I wasn't able to spend either at that time since I wasn't home. But it was in the middle of the day, like 2pm. It seems now there are more players here than in the first round, which is a good sign. We managed several days with 5 hours, so now we'll do 4. Eventually it will be 3 hours, and I will probably reduce it until 1 hour. It will be won, maybe you're the one this time, maybe not. It's not really a better way to do this as far as I can see, well except from making it fully automated, something that will be done. I'm sure many wants the jackpot, it's amazing now it's actually worth 340$....

The game is good as long as people buy bubbles. It's going to be a good money maker when it gets to be more popular. Perhaps in the future you could try modifying the rules for a few rounds and experiment with dispersing some of the jackpot to the losers to encourage people to buy more bubbles later in the game, when it slows down. It seems to me people are afraid of losing money and being the guys on the bottom. You have to think of a way to reward people who join later so the game hits a steady stream instead of shooting out like a bullet.

I also agree, unfortunately it's not that simple to implement because of the way it's coded. I will keep this in mind though and maybe just re-code that part of the script eventually. Really like the idea!

Just for my own curiosity, would you mind making a copy of your script, stripping out anything that shouldn't be seen, and sending me a copy? I'd like to see just what would be involved to implement something like this. If that's too much of a hassle, or you have 'private' code that you don't want exposed, I understand. This would be more like a "play thing" for me, so I have no real expectations :p

Just an idea, but wouldn't it be a bit more interesting if the timer only resets if the last payment bursts a bubble? Thoughts? Concerns?
Thanks for taking the time to read my idea :-)

Change it so that if there's no refferal it goes to a random bubble. I don't see why people aren't reffering them selves, but that's your decision.
Timer is resetting lower. bit.ly/btcbubble

Hm. Someone got a bubble within 30 seconds of the timer expiring... Unless this loses interest, I don't see it ending anytime soon lol. Question though, what logic is there behind submitting a bubble at the end of the timer? If you want to win the jackpot, wouldn't it make more sense to buy a bubble asap after someone else. That way they are less likely to notice, and you have less time for someone else to jump in? Or maybe people are trying to keep it going? I'd like to get in on a new round seems like it would be more active then. Anyway, just a stupid thought I had as I woke up at 3AM and decided to check the sites :-/

I have changed timer to 1 hour. Should be pretty exciting! I notice we had several close ones lately, even one with 4 seconds left! So let's see, will we manage a few days with 1 hour? Seems like a lot of people are watching this bubble now compared to first round where it expired at 5 hour timer!

I think even if the timer was only 5 minutes, it'd still take quite a while before this round finishes as the minimum spend is still quite low.

There's no such thing as "last fool" in btcbubble, however there are "2nd last fool" if that makes sense. If you didn't spend last and your bubbles wasn't bursted before the timer reaches zero you will effectively lose those coins and are left with whatever advertising benefits those bubbles have gained you while they were still being displayed. That said, as long as you keep hunting the jackpot the odds of your bubbles bursting will increase, but so will your investment in the bubble.

I agree, minimum spend is way too low and it just attracts trolls paying in the last 5 seconds like we've seen many times in the last few days. Raising the min. spend would be far more effective than reducing the timer.

Wait, so you mean that when the timer expires, all non-burst bubbles are removed? Ahh I knew I probably should have read the FAQ more carefully, but you know, I like doing stuff in the middle of the night hahah. So I guess those who buy bubbles now has a very low chance of getting them bursted?

So I guess those who buy bubbles now has a very low chance of getting them bursted? Correct. There are currently 201.2967 btc needed to burst all bubbles. Now let's take tomorrow as an example: 0.2 btc per spend, 1 hour timer = minimum 4.8 btc per day. At this rate you will see the current last bubbles bursted in 201/4.8 = 42 days. If we imagine the timer reaching 30 minutes (which it will eventually) and minimum spend 0.5 btc the calculation will be: 201/(0.5*2*24) = 8 days. Will the jackpot expire before then? Probably. Do you have the power to make it not expire? Yupp. Will you lose your money? Who knows The chances of losing money is also dependent on your strategy.

Well, If I were to spend more on keeping the timer from expiring, I might burst my previous bubbles, but I just paid for new ones. The only way I could get my bubbles burst without spending more would be to make others spend more on buying bubbles, and I am bad at making people do what I want. So I can only hope people buy bubbles on their own without me forcing them to do so to get my bubbles burst, but that probably wont happen. And I probably have no way of winning the jackpot, I was 7 seconds away the other day, but then some bastard bought a bubble xD. Maybe I should just wait for a new round and be first to buy bubbles

I was waiting for someone to win before buying more bubbles. I woke up about 6hrs too late, and ended up on the 8th page, after 8 pages of bubbles burst already, although there were a lot with the minimum down at .01btc. I'm down to only a few btc cents left. Hope my bubbles burst. Hope this round only lasts a week. I keep checking thelast page to find new sites with a refferal link. Play btc bubble, http://bit.ly/btcbubble

Earlier I requested that the each bubble have the cumulative spend needed to burst the bubbles, but its too much codeing for now. Was thinking maybe just a cumulative total needed to burst all the bubbles on the page. Still some coding, hope its considerably less. http://Http://bit.ly/btcbubble

I agree with you guys it's a bit too long with 1 month. I think around 2 weeks is good. Making timer 9 hours was actually a mistake, was planning to start at 8. Then decrease 1 hour next day and so on. But this will be better once I get it dynamic (will be done sometime in June). Maybe I should create another bubble too that's more quick, fixed with 30 minutes timer. tried to post, It says it went through but i don't see it.

I will try to get this Operation Fabulous thing to load after page has loaded if possible. A second bubble sounds good, one slow with large payout/minimums and fast one with smaller payout/minimums.
might be fun to have multiple different sets, with a target jackpot hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, (quarterly or anual interest anyone?) .
Hrly prize, might need to wait for more traffic, but could keep people on the site longer. Start timer at 60min reset is cut in half with each spend till timer resets at 1min (hope the servers are upto the challenge) I think the hrly one would need some type of special timer settings like that,or somethinge else
Also just thought, if the spend is close to the previous spend increase the timer on reset. If the spend is close to timer running out decrease the timer.
Maybe add a feature that shows howmany guests are viewing the page. I'm not so sure about this myself. Since observing it will alter the outcome. (quantum physics pun intended), maybe set up an a/b test.
Seems like every one of my suggestions involves significant codeing efforts, sorry.
The hourly and dayly might need micro btc minimums.
Just some suggestions maybe dumb, but could inspire someone else with a good idea.
I posted my bubbles 6 hrs after the reset and its still on page 8. I somewhat expected them to burst a little quicker.
I'm on my phone, so I can't test firefox right now.

Not enough people are advertising the site I guess. Either that, or people just don't want to participate.
I'm thinking it could be interesting to have a reverse style bubble, where the last advertisement is on top, and pushes the others down. So whoever has the last bid gets the most viewed ad. Could also make it so new bids only reset the timer if they are greater than or equal to the previous bid. Not real sure right now, some ideas are floating around. If I get enough ideas I may create a site :-/

No, MyBitcoin has been down for a while, so no one can pay for bubbles (but maybe they have fixed it now :s)
That is part of it, but I've noticed it dropping quite rapidly. It's a lack of interest by people mostly. If we could find a good way to advertise the site and get more people playing, it will create a larger jackpot and a slightly faster game. Post your referral links on any bitcoin site you know of!

That just sucks!! How long was mybitcoin down tonight? Will have to actually create my own payment system if this continues. That is part of it, but I've noticed it dropping quite rapidly. It's a lack of interest by people mostly. This is wrong, it's actually opposite. It's more money spent in this bubble than ever before, here is why: First, let's convert jackpots into $ (the value on date they were won): Date | | Won | April 28th | - | $97 | May 24th | - | $335.5 | May 27th | - | $242.5 | May 31th | - | $82.6 |
If we calculate daily jackpot volume, this is what we get on avarage added to jackpot: April 19...April 28 | = | 97/10 | = | $9.7 daily | April 28...May 24 | = | 335.5/27 | = | $12.42 daily | May 24 - May 27 | = | 242.5/4 | = | $60.6 daily | May 27 - May 31 | = | 82.6/5 | = | $16.5 daily | May 31 - ? | = | 37.86/1 | = | $37.86 daily |
I think it's a psychological factor in play here. As you can see, we are still doing amazing- But wait, there is more... I have stored in my database every single incomming spend sinch launch and I have used this to generate a graph. The following graph shows you how much $ that was spent (per day) in the bubble. As you can see, the incoming $ has increased to levels we have never seen before. Daily amount of $ spent at btcbubbleThis is the thing about deflation, it looks like the jackpot is going down, less money in the game etc... but it's not true at all. But could it be that people are spending more money in the bubble, but less people watching it? Well, according the the traffic stats it's not less popular. As we can see, the jackpot and daily spends has been exploding in value since launch, and the traffic stats tells us a similar story. Maybe it's time we make this a lot more visible, by adding $ in parentheses? Who knows? What you guys say? If we could find a good way to advertise the site and get more people playing, it will create a larger jackpot and a slightly faster game. Post your referral links on any bitcoin site you know of! More activity is always awesome! It helps to tell everybody you know about it and place it in your signature, but just participating and making every round slightly more exciting than the last is ultimately the greatest factor I think.

I like the reverse order. Not sure one the >= last bid I had also mentioned to give the most recent spender a higher random ranking or an extra spot where the top spender ad is.

I think it's a psychological factor in play here. As you can see, we are still doing amazing, sure we had one very good jackpot (April 28 - May 4), but it was second round, surely a lot of people with no idea how it would turn out just jumped in with all they could risk. I wasn't basing my view on the amounts, but rather the frequency of seeing new bubbles. I understand the price difference, but it seems like there's only a hand full of people getting any bubbles at all. I would expect more random people to drop in an advertisement with just one bubble of the lowest amount. A 5 BTC jackpot is plenty, especially since previous bubble games I've seen didn't even use a jackpot. It would be nice if you'd reverse your display of the bubbles so the latest spend is on the first page at the top. I guess this would encourage more spends since they will have more views, rather than people coming to the site and seeing the first page or two as all the same thing. This wouldn't really effect the game play, and depending on how you're fetching the bubbles could be as simple as modifying your SQL query to 'ORDER BY id DESC' or whatever you use to select the current order. The only downside to that, is it may cause your 'top spender' ads to be less interesting. Then again, the people that spend more would still be in the top rotation after their bubble is pushed below what most people see when they first visit the site.

Part of the problem with getting more players is someone needs to have bitcoins. Bitcoin is still a very limited community. Reaching out and introdcing bitcoin to other people is tough. I'm advertising btcbubble wherever I can think of. I use bitly so I can just type it in, check the stats if you want http://bit.ly/btcbubble+

I think what might get more people more interested is if, like I suggested before, there are more premium ads at the top and have them on all pages
1 top spender (randomised) maybe change to top referrer
2 next bubble to burst
3 most recent bubble
4 maybe something else suggestions?

What's the problem exactly?

I personally lost interest because of the ridiculously long timer and 1+ month rounds at the start, so I stopped checking the site for a while only to see somehow 2 rounds happened within a week. The timer is still just as long though, so I can only conclude interest in the game is decreasing.

Maybe you could try a referral contest, and possibly have the timer down to 1 hour? Competition is always nice.

I poted an add for the btc cent on btcbubble. Someone accidentally sent a large amount to the dish, and someone took from it I don't know how to verify who sent or took. They do show up on block explorer. Only places I've shared this link is in the forum, witcoin and btcbubble. Some how it shows we use coins sent someone to the link too. Also I posted it on twitter, but the twitter post is after the transactions happened. If anyone is the recipient please return it. Here is what I have found. Instawallet is reporting a human error 6.04 BTC was somehow accidentally added to the dish. It was taken hrs later Do not send large sums of bitcoins unless you never want to see them again Here is the addy of the dish http://blockexplorer.com/a/2NuwvUdxKi14KF98JRK9tEMM22eQU4URBPZykQgaNmHP Supposed to be returned to http://blockexplorer.com/address/1JU1RGvKiMXRTwPXseuDQY7JkPa7oU4X4Z(Never used) 1JU1RGvKiMXRTwPXseuDQY7JkPa7oU4X4Z 6.04btc came from 1Brp55HPZv5uXF1kyD2XcmesEB1v6PFDP1 1B3gZ9pkFyxDfosWyb7ehc598BWzgY45wB 19mjD46utMWhCTtZJGz6N5VWVj3Nu6nNGt http://blockexplorer.com/a/5WobCbEGsEhttp://blockexplorer.com/a/5BDJrffWyvhttp://blockexplorer.com/a/4eUHrDhKhk6.04btc went to (one transaction) 17QjQTQMM4onJUq9Sv74vtA3cizqU78SEG 1.04btc 1NjiQ3cHbCjY4TmsgVgtBr9HVWRLeZvYtV 5btc http://blockexplorer.com/a/3fXLdogXrqhttp://blockexplorer.com/a/A34UWKefLcThe 5btc is still sitting there The 1.04 was sent with a 12.95 transaction then 148.2 then 150.16 then 152.92 then 87 and sits at 1DQSdQLJnDyrRH4VMsmcuzsoDaV2pLAk2G http://blockexplorer.com/a/6A4Z3Lfp9sIn just a few jumps back to wallets with 10K+ Btc transfers The instawallet site has the request show up when you load the page Not sure how instawallet verified this human error, and I'm not sure how to research this any further. The btcdish link is posted mainly here, witcoin ad btcbubble I will post in those places, and am contacting instawallet. If you found 6.04 btc in the dish please return to the proper owner If you are the right full owner Sorry I didn't think this would happen. I don't have 6btc to give you. The wallet has gotten roughly 200 views Hope your not trying to pull a scam. I'll be back here when I hear from instawallet admin.

Wow the owner of the bitcoin list is a real gambler if he thinks the 100+ bubbles he just bought is gonna burst My bubbles finally started to reach first page, so I might still have the hope of getting them burst , thought I would gonna lose the 1BTC I spent on them at this rate . Now, let's create a big jackpot, shall we?

About 7BTC needs to be put into it for your bubbles to get hit :-/
Would be awesome if more people would participate. I hope the timer drops soon... been 6+ hours for too long. 3 hours would still be quite a time to wait. I'd expect lower timer = more competition = more spends.

Would like to see some type of limit on bubbles that can be bought at the start of a round, seems like one person will get in at 10btc, and take all the profits, no one else can get in so they loose interest and go jackpot hunting. I don't have a good idea what the limit should be... suggestions?
