How can i pay to other people credit/card or bank like obopay.com ??

Obopay refuses to let me get a account.
So i need a alternative, obopay allows you to send $1 or even less to others debit card/credit card or bank, i hope there is other sites like it?

I dont mean where the other user has to sign up, if someone gave me there debit card number (for example) with obopay i can send that card $0.25 or more or example. I would like to know if there are ANY sites like this even if i have to pay by credit card, i doubt there are bitcoin sites allowing this :-P

Exchangers do this, http://technocashier.com/ has a pay any Visa/MC service no idea what it costs. Maybe if you did it all the time could get a cheap rate. Takes 5-7 days.

Or sign up to some Visa payment gateway, depends on how many transfers per day you're making

Could also sell bitcoins to Liqpay, then send it another card. That person then signs up to liqpay to claim the funds but again takes 5-7 days and doesn't work with non USD/EUR/UAH cards.

Could use eCoin.cc to transfer them internally and they withdraw from their own ecoin debit card for $2

I used ICICI bank in Canada to do this and it worked, they have US branches too
