you are just newbie, no one will going to sell you through paypal because of reversible nature so better go to virwox and buy there.

Yeah BTC transactions won't go well with Paypal as payment due to chargebacks.

I recommend you take the fees, as you will be more safe. Very likely your payment will get reversed if you exchange with a member here.
