So I was trying to make a deal for ISK on this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=60851.0

I am interested in buying PLEX for BTC.

I'm offering 1 BTC per PLEX. (must be in continues High Sec)
and I'll sell 1 PLEX for 2 BTC.

Cheers!

Edit: added my selling price.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

I agree fully. But I believe they are guaging the price based on what they can acquire isk for.

I am going to have to re-enable my account if so. I can sell isk to a large reseller for 13-20$ per bil. ;p

I'll tell you who for 1bil. =)

If you're not excited by the idea of being an early adopter 'now', then you should come back in three or four years and either tell us "Told you it'd never work!" or join what should, by then, be a much more stable and easier-to-use system.

I'll give you 250 Million ISK for the info though, plus I'll tell him that you sent me. Maybe he'll give you a finder's fee.

Sounds good sadpandatech, I sent you the PM (I think).

Niann, I was planning on buying the ISK and reselling them to you. Tongue (just kidding I'll share the info with you once I get it.)

By the way, I started to download Eve. It's 5.4 GB!!! Wow, that's huge. LOL!
When I tried to reactivate my account I was reminded about "Hours for PLEX"

"Hours for PLEX

Hours for PLEX allows players to temporarily access their expired accounts for a limited time of 4 hours, allowing them to apply a PLEX to their account. This is a backup measure for players who did not apply a PLEX before the account expired, or did not reverse-redeem a PLEX in order to reactivate through Account Management after the account expired.

If you activate Hours for PLEX and decide not to use a PLEX to reactivate during the 4 hour period, this feature will be automatically disabled for your account. Please contact Customer Support for assistance if you are having problems reactivating your account. "

I have a PLEX sitting in my reverse-redeem box so I won't be using "Hours for PLEX" but if anyone is interested in temporarily activating your account it's the way to go.

Cheers!

Well, thanks for the info sadpandatech.

I contacted them. They are buying ISK for way less, they give you about 1 BTC for 2 PLEX. It came out to about $3.5-4.0 USD per PLEX.  Undecided

Cool, thanks.

By the way, the ISK price for PLEX started plummiting not too long ago. It was ~493 M yesterday and about 2 hours ago I bought for ~470 M or so.
