Yes of course ready to work
You will need PSU to power them @ 12 Volts (Molex 4 pinn HDD connector) and USB to connect them to HUB,PC,TP-link or RPI

Can they be CAN-bused or somewhat-bused to reduce USB cabling? Or one USB cable per board is mandatory?
