The guy needs money. lol. But yeah, I`m also aware it breaks the terms of service, but I`m willing to take that risk if the account has good cashflow.

It is Adwords, you place ads with it, not Adsense.

$40-$50 a day, that's $1200-$1500 a month and you need money? That makes me think It's a scam.
