It is possible to encrypt file wallet.dat by bitcoin client in future?
The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

It's definitely possible, and I also know it's a somewhat highly demanded feature. I don't follow development of the application too closely but I know more wallet management/backup features are widely requested, and the ability to send and receive bitcoins in less than 0.01 increments.  Also, this is the type of feature you could implement yourself, or hire someone to implement.
