After looking over some of the cashouts on Luckynumber.me, its pretty obvious to see that almost all the high-betting accounts are one person, this person is more than likely the administrator of the site.
The high-betting accounts raise the volume of the site significantly and lure users into believing they have a higher chance of winning because of the profits that these accounts make.

It is possible that this is done to lure users into an unfair game where the odds are not the same as advertised.

Luckynumber is NEVER provably fair, meaning the moment you make a bet on the site, your bet can be instantly manipulated, forcing you to lose coins.
Read this topic for more details.

This site is incredibly untrustworthy, why would a site lower it's profits in the public eye? For two reasons:

1. For a false sense that users can win a lot of coins easily.
2. To offset the profit the house makes, ie. the game may be rigged to take 5% of winnings, the fake high rolling players bring this back down to 1%.

Proof of fake bet volume

Firstly, most whales for this site have coins originating from 15yCaCSVeLScXZBAwgQ6bGSznEsEqTfaYM, either sending or receiving coins from this address.

A quick google of this bitcoin address links us to a member's profile on bitcointalk

Interestingly enough, this member is an active promoter for luckynumber who claims to own this address. Let's take a look at some of his posts.
Below, this user posts on the provably fair topic, the claim is that the site is fair because this specific user (not himself) was up 5 BTC.

Here's the data from the cashout for the user: ursuake - the one zeeshanblc posted above.

698 ursuake 18:10 7.11700000 494bf528215280ab8f047ec55899b1e294d8d1f31171adf1b8ad2de6cc8cf5cc
We can take a look at the transaction id posted above, and get some more information from it.

1. A cashout for 7.117 coins is sent to 1CzsCp7SXasBD3Est4p2jXS4XdENv1iwAW
2. The 7.117 coins are almost immediately sent back to 15yCaCSVeLScXZBAwgQ6bGSznEsEqTfaYM - zeeshanblc's address.

So we can see that zeeshanblc claims he isn't this user, but it seems highly likely that he is.

After gathering more information from all the "high rolling users" a clear link is established.

List of high rolling accounts and how they are linked
Lot's of text, feel free to check the blockchain info yourself to verify this.

For this account, a bitcointalk user exists under the same name.
This could be two things.

- Since this address moves money to and from the address 15yCaCSVeLScXZBAwgQ6bGSznEsEqTfaYM, this could just be zeeshanblc/giftcoins
- This account could be a third administrator for LN, which then admits to pumping their own volume below:

Simply put

  • All high betting accounts on this site are linked with the address 15yCaCSVeLScXZBAwgQ6bGSznEsEqTfaYM
  • 15yCaCSVeLScXZBAwgQ6bGSznEsEqTfaYM belongs to bitcointalk user, zeeshanblc
  • Both giftcoins and zeeshanblc post large winnings claiming it isn't them
  • The 15yCaCSVeLScXZBAwgQ6bGSznEsEqTfaYM address has been in use much before the sites launch
  • It is highly probably that zeeshanblc and giftcoins are the same person OR they are both administrators for the site
  • Although stated as provably fair, luckynumber is NEVER provably fair
  • zahra4571 is another fake account OR is another administrator for LN (linked to 15yCaCSVeLScXZBAwgQ6bGSznEsEqTfaYM)
  • No other accounts on this site are affiliated with this address

Not saying the OP isn't right, but my cashouts from the have come through the 15yC address before, meaning that it might be one of the site's hot wallets, which would explain why all these coins go through it. That being said, I wouldn't be surprised if your theory was correct, at the very least there is a high probability that Giftcoins/zeeshan are one and the same.

It could be a hot wallet, but why would whales send coins back there after winning?

A lot of the accounts listed have received and sent coins from that address, so if it was a hot wallet, the whales would just be replacing the coins they cashed out, further proving that it's the admins pumping fake volume.

Something stinks about that site, you're right. There are a couple shills who try to promote it in the lucky me thread but I wouldn't be surprised if they are all the same person. Still, this doesn't make the site a scam, does it?  Just using unfair advertising practices.  Or I guess also could be intentionally messing with the provably fair aspect like you pointed out.

Depends how you view it, it's misleading and very poor from them. The site constantly advertises these big wins to draw in players, but as RGBKey pointed out in his scam accusation thread, the site is never provably fair, this just adds on to that thread.

So a Scam? Maybe. Depends how you view it
It's basically fraud.

Not to mention their facebook has 20,000 fake followers and their twitter has 30,000 fake followers, what's up with that?

Another whale using the same addresses.

1. Cashouts to 1DvtgZNv15vMbPxN9eQ5jBWToDWUsdj5wJ
    Same address used for zahra4571
    Same address used for gorang
2. Has multiple sends to and from 15yCaCSVeLScXZBAwgQ6bGSznEsEqTfaYM

It's getting real obvious that these are all fake.

Since the last post, luckynumber.me no longer shows other users cashouts.
Coincidence? I don't think so.

Luckynumber deleted his reply admitting to OP's claims a while ago but I took a screenshot of it knowing he might do just that.
