严重同意这位兄弟说的话 TAC当死 CHAT当立!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
bro, can't agree more with your opinion.

There is something amusing about watching a Chinese guy talking to himself and calling himself “bro”.

TAC Mining Question

270x @ 8.42 Mh/s (1100mv, CoreClock = 1100, MemClock = 1435 (-g 2 -w 64 --thread-concurrency 5120 -I 18))

280x @ 11.82 Mh/s (1081mv, CoreClock = 1020, MemClock = 1475 (-g 2, -w 256, --thread-concurrency 8192 -I 17))

290 @ 13.60 Mh/s (-37mv, CoreClock = 940, Memclock = 1130 (-I 21))

Been a while since I mined TAC, using djm34's miner + 14.7 Beta.

I'm undervolting and running lower clocks not only to save power, but prepare for the Australian Summer that's going to be with us soon.  Temps are outstanding with the above configs.

Can anyone perhaps recommend some different settings for me to try?

Thanks

I've tried to leave the factory GPU clocks and lose very little hashrate. Temperatures drop 10º. In Spain is summer, and in my location +-32º-35º .

Hehe, in the future I will be switching between x11 and NIST5, the above settings give me around 30% power saving with only 5-10% loss of performance for both algorithms, so I won't be adjusting clocks or anything...

I found it really interesting with NIST5 that if I specified TC and Threads on the 290's, speed would drop and it's slower than using just -I 21.  The opposite was true on the 280x's, dual threads and 8192 TC was faster than -I 21 so that's why I thought perhaps my settings can be optimised a little more...

The Quantum Generator scares my cat, so I had to switch it off  Sad

OK then, I don't want to go that high on my clocks, but based on my testing if you went -g 2 --thread-concurrency 8192 and -I 18 lets say, you should get a boost in speed.

I see, I thought you were just running -I 21... Ya the 280s seem to like the dual threads...

Is this coin still active?  The demand seems to have died down.  Interesting that the chatcoin dev purchased talkcoin Tongue.
