Yes, yesterday the site was pretty laggy and I had to refresh several times because it just got stuck.

I hope your update later this week will fix it.

also i noticed that,the more bets i make,the more resources (RAM wise) firefox does need.could it be because of the animation u see if u win andromeda/orion? also it would be nice to have posibillity to switch this animation off.

The animation is part of it but we believe the bet data method is the real culprit atm.  Again, we will be changing that soon just got a little held up with our incident over the weekend.  The lag will be fixed soon.  Thanks for all your updates.

By the way, it would be nice if you could add the option to turn certain sounds off while leaving others on. Specifically I would like to hear a sound when I hit something, but I don't like the sound for every bet (even someone else's bet, and the sound when I move my mouse over the playing field). Right now the sound is 'all or nothing' but it would be nice to be more customized.

The houseroll got a big boost last night and can handle reasonable-size maxbets now.

We are focusing our efforts on attracting you players.  Here are some upcoming features that will ensure your experiences here are much, much better then competitors:

• Upcoming bet slider option to set your own odds - if you want to bet BTC10 on a 95% chance of winning, you will be able to
• The variable house edge enjoyed currently will still be in effect in the bet slider option as well!  This means you will be able to bet the above with a much smaller house edge then the competition, we think that's very cool and important for you
• Ease of access - visitors will have a name auto-generated for them so they don't have to register to start trying out the site
• Cool faucet lottery modifications and other promos

Marketing

• As the modifications above progress, we will be marketing more heavily, through social networking and ad-space on websites

All of the above will be completed as soon as the lag issues are fixed, Christian and Wiebe are working to solve those by instituting long-polling to the bet data and possibly animation adjustments.

Good news! I've been sick for a few days, but I finally felt better and resumed my work on SatoshiCarnival.


Something amazing happened...
With Cristian and me finishing Long-Polling for the bet results, and changing the way the game is rendered, the site has received an enormous speed boost!
The site finally is as fluid as we intended it to be, and should work fine on all computers now, even older ones.


I urge anyone who was complaining about lag to try out the site again. You should not have any issues at all.


On a side note: Investors who were hit by the malicious attack on 7-3-2014, will now see detailed information about how much they lost and how much we still need to repay.
