How to start a campaign based on Bitcoins and propose Perks

We have created the draft of our campaign in IndieGoGo.com:

However, after reading their policy, we didn't find Bitcoin options. We want to start the same campaign with Bitcoin currency.
Although we have created the donate buttons in our website, we don't know how to propose the perks to people who donate Vanda Engine.
