The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

I'd be willing to do this but you'd have to send PayPal payment as a gift and also calculate in PayPal fees so that $60 is received after fees are taken out.

I also have a heatware but only 1 transaction on it.  Got some overclock.net reps and such too.  My post history may be a bit thin here but I do try and only make quality posts.

I've also made a few transactions here with other members such as trading Newegg GC for their bitcoins and buying stuff off eBay for their for bitcoins if that matters any.

Lemme know.  I'm around the house so I check PMs and stuff here fairly often.
