A completely new multisig for the best security. Everscale core update

Everscale fam, 👋

A multisig wallet is secured by a form of digital signature that is generated by multiple signers who are part of a certain trusted circle. This allows a group of people to jointly manage funds in the same wallet.

Recently, the Everscale core team rewrote the multisig code from scratch. This will help achieve better security and code consistency. 💻

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)
