Hey all, I recently switched over to tradehill, havent made a bank wire withdraw yet but planning too soon, I tried to withdraw my btc to another address (over 800 btc) and have noticed there still in process after 12 hours... my main concern is that the btc can fluctuate and if it goes down i can take a big loss.... i emailed them twice but still havent recieved a response.... Is there a tradehill representative that i can contact here? If anyone else had the same problem please let me know how long it took/what happened? Thanks

I think on large amounts they manually confirm it so nobody gets large amounts stolen has it went through yet?

I agree although I've used them for about a year now and never had a problem up until about a month ago.......
They need to get it together... ever since they had that problem with their bank last month they've had horrible support for their users.

Great to see that there are other members unhappy with their customer service as well!

And who says that they manually confirm for large amounts of transfer and this is the reason for Tradehill taking more time! Please don't give your advices without having a clear picture.

In my case, I have raised a request to withdraw money in currency for 20 BTC and been following up with them for more than 1 month. Got a solution for this as well? Large amounts so they been taking time!

I think, stcupp is completely correct, Tradehill has a horrible customer service. If they are going through some problems, ok then keep the customers informed and if you suck at it so much then better give up the idea of an Online Exchange and wasting the hardware resources of so many Bitcoin Followers!

guess im not the only one here with this problem, they need to learn customer service from Crypto X Change.... ... Mt Gox is a much better alternative as well, speaking from experience... I keep checking there support team if there on skype but no, offline. Check emails every couple hours, but nope, they decide to ignore...

Btw does anyone know how much Tradehill charges for bank wire withdraw, on the site it says 45 $... but im not sure if thats on a specific amount or it charges a certain percentage.... just dont want to be hit up with random fees, wont be the first time that the site states something false.
