It is explicitly mentioned in the OP.

At the moment I don't see such a big problem. Dev has to pay bounties for supporting his effort. Usually people take BTC for that.
Dumping premine? Big deal. If he wanted to cash out and leave, he could have waited for at least Poloniex add.

I really like the idea of a coin debit card. Some place sells thing with the sign "bitcoin accept", but pay will bitcoin on tiny transactions is really killing me. 0.01 BTC for a cappuccino, and wait for 10-15 minutes to get confirmed. It will be much quicker if there is a debit card system for coins.

But it seems that the dev is incapable of implement this idea. Early dump the premine for 1.6 BTC? Come on!!!!

If you think a developer dumping the entire premine in the first 2 hours of exchange is the "right" thing then there is no hope for you.
