Why is greenaddress.it mobile wallet so friggin slow!?

They have a great service and I desperately want to switch from blockchain to use it but my god is the mobile wallet horribly slow. What is there issue here? Is this gonna be fixed soon?

Don't want to be seen as a troll but I really think you're asking for trouble if you're putting any significant amount into a wallet that you don't control.  Misplaced trust has cost a lot of honest folks a lot of btc in the past few years.

sed, it's not entirely true that the user does not control his wallet.
It's true, we use multisignature but we also provide the user with transactions that will unlock in time.

If we disappear, users will just have to wait their own defined waiting amount (minimum 1 day or 144 blocks).

Anyway, we are working on both improving the current app as well as a new native one.

hey, we just pushed an update the the play store which should improve speed in PIN login and 2FA.

Working on more improvements to make more snappy!
