Wasn't it bitpay that won't deal with certain adult content as well? Payment processors will be a big part of Bitcoin growth, but merchants don't necessarily need to use them. Would be nice to see some merchants holding a bit of their wealth in BTC, though I know some won't be able to take the risk.
