Why can't someone just start a "scheme" more legit like have a max limit of "0.01" bitcoin that can be doubled, so no minimum, no maximum, just 0.01, doubled on the back of everyone else, take your cut and everyone wins because 0.01 is easy to fulfill where 1 BTC is a lot harder.

Everyone wins?
You know there is no magical way to double your bitcoin, right?  Wink

IMO, there are only 3 types of people making posts in ponzi thread.

Type 1: Those warning others to stay away from ponzi.
Type 2: Owner's shills.
Type 3: Invested in the ponzi in earlier time, keep saying it pays or whatever to get more deposits so that their own bitcoin "can be doubled".

Cheesy

I can't believe how many idiots are still happily sending coins to this Ponzi scheme.

Some are shills.
Some believe they are the smartest guy in the world, and they invest in "perfect timing".
Some are incapable to think logically, and believe in some "double your bitcoin" magic.

It really just makes me despair.

As for the new deposits - you will be paid for them.

A lot of pupils thinking that proxies or even tor is safe.
Partially yes if configured right way. But only partially.......
Actually in Internet everything is visible.

Fedor, if you can reach him/her, please exact some vengence, and release identity details so this person is hunted whereever they go. I really want to give that person a piece of my mind (to say the least).

Oh well, I'd run that one if I new how to set it up, but hey...if you don't know how to do it who'd want to work that hard to learn...but seems like a good idea to me.

Because for every person that deposits you need 2 other people to deposit to make it work. eventually you will run out of people who want to do this so the scheme ends because you don't have enough money to pay out.

These schemes don't work.

To double the first person's deposit, you need a 2nd person to join.
The double the 2nd person's deposit, you need a 3rd and 4th person to join.
To double those 2 deposits, you need 4 more people to join, making a total of 8.
To double those 4 new deposits, you need 8 more people to join, making a total of 16.
and so on.

Each each step you need twice as many places as in the previous step.
After 10 steps you need over 1000 players.
After 20 steps you need over a million players.
After 33 steps you need everyone in the world to be playing.

Do you see now why these schemes always fail, and why you shouldn't get involved?
