Im looking for a coder to build a distributed payment system, that takes a clip for service.
I understand Blockchain is the platform to do it as APIs can generate a unique BITCOIN address.
https://blockchain.info/api/api_receive The consumer buys an item on our system "ARENA".
The ARENA system generates a invoice number with a unique Bitcoin address that Blockchain can supply ARENA via APIs and when the consumer pays, (must be exact amount) it diverts payments to our eWallet, we take a clip and pass the balance of the payment on to the Supplier with notification of who paid and invoice number.
