Cannot make YAcoin miner start

Hello,

I am struggling to make my YAcoin miner do anything.

I downloaded some zip files and finally found one version that gives me a DOS screen that doesn't simply disappear like all the others did.

I tried entering the URL of my pool as was prompted, then the username and password. The sadly nothing happened.

What is the correct procedure here?

I saw nothing to do with stratums or Ports as the website suggested.
